Il padrone di casa è gentile, ma la casa è terribilmente sporca. L'igiene che essendo un ambiente pubblico dovrebbe essere eccellente qua non esiste neanche lontanamente. C'è un odore di fumo di caminetto misto ad un tonfo di stantio, di chiuso e di generale mancanza di pulizia. Le lenzuola sono impresse dalla puzza tant'è che non è stato assolutamente possibile dormire. Vi scongiuro se siete costretti ad andarci portatevi tutto da casa, se poi potete evitare di andarci fatte meglio. Non è assolutamente possibile affittare un ambiente in tali condizioni e guadagnarci anche dei soldi mancando fortemente di rispetto il cliente. Colgo comunque l'occasione per ripetere che il proprietario è una persona gentile e disponibile, ma gli consiglio di modificare completamente la questione relativa alle pulizie, anche perché l'appartamento è carino.
