Dissapointing experience. Whole house smells mushy. Rooms have mould all over. Common bathroom has water dripping from ceiling, tiles missing and water damaged ceiling. Master bathroom has big hole on the ceiling and water heater not working. Place has limited mobile coverage and wifi was not working.
Whole place lacks maintenance and uninviting. Definitely avoid in future.

It's very close to legoland on foot and very convenient. After cleaning the room, the B&B staff didn't put the key in the mailbox for us to check in. There was no air conditioning in the lobby, so we had to get a big wheel on the left. The building security took us up to get the room. The room was very big, with two rooms. There is a toilet, but there are many insects in the living room and kitchen, and there is a strong smell in the house.

The entrance is under construction. You have to walk down the back of the building. The elevators and hallways looked old and scary.
But inside the room is clean and spacious. When entering the first room, there was a musty smell. But leave the door open for a moment and it disappears. There is complete equipment. Washing machine, dishwashing liquid, wifi, TV, towels with stains, not very clean. But we can use our own, that's fine.
Can walk to Legoland very easily.
If there is a chance to go again I will choose here again.

It is indeed very convenient to go to Legoland, but the accommodation itself is average. There are basically no daily necessities in the room; the water heater in one room does not work, and it is useless to report it to the landlord; the boiled water is not very hot. The most terrible thing is parking. You have to drive the car to the parking lot on the 5th floor. Unless you have superb driving skills, it is a headache.

The apartment is made up of 2 apartments - a one br, and a two br, each with a living and kitchenette area. However the fridge and tv reside in the 2 br. The two sofa beds have very thin mattresses, and the air conditioning in the master of the 2 br does not work. The shower area in this room’s en-suite bathroom floods. Overall the air conditioning is not cool. The kitchen lacks any cook ware, microwave or toaster but there is enough table ware for very simple meals. Thankfully there is a kettle.
This is good for 6 to 10 pax but only for a short stay, and keep your expectations low. For the price per night, you have to expect bare basics. What we loved: the seperate areas living areas and partitions, the sun rise in the morning, and lots of wardrobe space (although not needed). Location is great is you drive or take a grab. Walking to LEGOLAND is great but you might not want to do it with loads of bags and kids as there is no real pavement and doing it was tough for us. Save the effort and spend 10RM on a grab.
