4nights to explore Nuuk
Quiet location, just as I had hoped for. Was Upgraded to Studio Apt. Kitchen niche was useful. Soap but no lotion in the bathroom. Blackout curtains good for sleeping in Nordic summer light. Dinner my first night was tasty & besutifully presented. (Steak & baked potato with small salad garnitur.) Staff were very friendly & informative.

Easy commute to the airport, ferry and downtown. Nice restaurant on site. Free laundry/ no detergent available in the laundry room. Front desk is closed in the evening and during the weekend.

I stayed there for 3 nights, I had read mixed reviews. So it was a very nice surprise, very spacious apartment, clean, functional and well equipped, only downside the sofa not convertible. Staff not very present but you can book a taxi for the airport at the reception located in the basement. We collected the passes of the apartment at the airport because we arrived after opening hours you have to go see the airport staff behind the check-in counters. The apartments are properly soundproofed, the bedding is of good quality and the kitchenette very well equipped (ceramic hob, oven but no microwave) Wifi paid and expensive. The Hotel is located 500 m from the city center, very convenient and 100 m from the art museum. There is a shopping center 5 minutes walk away and a sushi restaurant 100m away. In short, everything is ready in Nuuk :-)

a nice duplex, very spacy, calm, clean and well heated. I liked the idea of the interior design 10 min to the central shopmall and Katuaq (the cultural house of Greenlandand), a bus stop to go to the Lilly Malena (little morena) a big stone monument at the entrance - an allusion to the museum next door a church behind and a public building in front We adored the upstairs: a kitchen and a living with a good view The staff was nice to us, hospitable, ready to help and to give info, There is a little exhibition and a souvenir shop inside (the basement floor)

The Hotel Nordbo is a beautiful, clean, and very comfortable place to stay. The owner, Michael, was friendly and very helpful, even when we arrived after hours at 11 PM. The food is excellent, and it is conveniently situated so that you are within easy walking distance of some of the best sites in Nuuk.
