Everything was fine. We were there in the off-season and the only clients. Let me remind you that it is cold in Nuwara. There are warm blankets in the room, a heater on request (take it!). Nice atmosphere, enough furniture, comfortable beds, hot water. Clean, excellent receptionist, good breakfast, beautiful view of the city. Sockets with three rectangular pins, you need an adapter.

Rooms were excellent and especially affordable rates. Can enjoy the view of the whole city and the mountains together. Management was so professional and friendly. Child friendly environment with lots of entertainment. Would recommend highly for couples and family. Moreover staffs are well mannered and knows the place well to guide you through for a better enjoyment of the place.
