Hôtel froid et pas accueillant Chambre très humide et pleine de salpêtre Bruit infernal toute la nuit car chambre pas isolée. Petit déjeuner très très simple et peu de choix. Personnel pas souriant et peu disponible Bref à éviter si possible

Thank you for the Manager and the team, You guys are amazing, very helpful and friendly and kind with super hospitality. food was so good thank you kitchen team. room was nice comfortable and clean. view from the room really great. we had a great time at Heaven Seven.

Wat een prachtig hotel! Een hele fijne plek en vriendelijk personeel. Mooie omgeving. We hebben hier ook heerlijk gegeten. Toen wij er waren, was het heel nat en koud. We kregen extra dekens en hebben er heerlijk geslapen. Fijne badkamer en een goede douche.

Il faut dire que cet hôtel est un peu perdu au milieu de nulle part Personnellement je n'ai pas aimé mais au demeurant le personnel est très très gentil On y mange très très bien Mais il n'y a rien à y faire Bien à faire pour une nuit de passage mais non recommandé pour un long séjour

Good staff..tasty food and the location was perfect.. specially the front office department were very polite.. this was our first visit and it was very pleasant and good.. staff were very friendly and polite.. we can recommend this hotel.

Have been here a couple of times, each time feels like a new experience. From the ambience and hospitality to the spacious and impeccably clean rooms, this hotel also provides an amazing view of the Nuwara Eliya city. The restaurant has great food and the staff are attentive, friendly, and went out of their way to ensure that all our needs were met. Overall, it's a beautiful hotel with magnificent views and great ambience from both staff and surroundings and at an affordable price as well.

Location is good beautiful views, but the management should pay attention and think about upgrading the rooms and counter space in the bathroom Food is average Staff are friendly Monkey’s around so keep the balcony doors shut if you exit the room or you are in the bathroom
