Außerordentlicher Service, Aufmerksamkeit, Freundlichkeit. Die Zimmer sind sehr großzügig geschnitten und modern eingerichtet im kolonialen Stil. Das Restaurant ist ausnahmslos weiterzuempfehlen - sowohl Abendessen als auch Frühstück einsame spitze! Vielen Dank an das Team!

Great hotel and staff, esp Addi! Very friendly and nice area, locals very friendly and happy to see you. Went on an awesome organised trip to visit the tea plantations. Food was delicious and comfy beds! Lovely service, would visit again :-)

Wonderful room services,foods and beverages were amazing, kind and friendly staffs. The staffs were very friendly over the stay. And the restaurant has a variety of indoor games such as chess, Pool billiards and Carrom.Best to go restaurant in Nuwara Eliya. Overall had a great time and an experience over here.

I had a great experience at the Blackpool Hotel in Nuwara Eliya. The location is beautiful, with scenic views of the hills. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and the staff were very welcoming. Specially Mr. Chandrakumara was very friendly with us since the day we came. He suggested us lovers leap a waterfall situated in Nuwereliya where we had a rainforest experience in there. And the food was tasty, with a nice variety of options. A perfect place to relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings!

The staff were attentive and made me feel very welcome. The hotel is set in a tranquil location with gorgeous views, perfect for unwinding. The room was spacious, clean, and had all the essentials. I highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing getaway. Also Mr. Chandrakumara help us with Guiding all around the areas and very polite gentleman. The most important part of any food review is how good the food tastes. Reviewers often describe the flavor combinations, seasoning, and overall satisfaction of the dishes. Wow! We were treated like royalty the whole time we were there. We were upgraded to a suite that was Amazing! The staff were so lovely and made us feel very welcome. We had a delicious 5-course dinner and breakfast, and the waiters went out of their way to provide a wonderful experience. All staff were very friendly and professional.

Wonderful hotel with a great team! I had asked for a special birthday service and it was perfect Arrangement in the Rose Garden! Mr chandrakumar……………Adhithya………………………food for the dinner was delicious nice and spicy ! We will come again to this beautiful place!

1. Hotel Rooms are Good. 2. Service is Prompt 3. Clean linens 4. Good Food assortment 5. Friendly and courteous staff. 6. Room Heater is good, But needs a better control and a caution of Do not Touch. 7. Top floor room ceiling needs maintenance Overall a Good Experience 4.5/5
