The customer service was great at the Days Inn, Ocala, FL. The room was okay the sliding door was good. I saw a few spiders hanging off the wall. The tub was greasy. The AC in my room barely worked at 60 degrees. Otherwise, it was a good stay.

The worst visit ever. They charge you $50 for a dirty towel they can’t get clean. They said they had a pool they did but no water in it and didn’t tell us than internet slow and their breakfast was just coffee and a snack not good for a teenage boy and a family who is there for a funeral very unhappy

Personal trip for the weekend. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The only issues I had was no closet space for hanging clothes and the guest room doors were noisy while opening and closing. The staff was wonderful.

I have been head early this year. It is fully renovated with new management. Been here years ago. It changed completely now with all the better facilities. We will stay here again. Rooms are better with new renovation.

I was contacted by a general manager named Mike Patel via email and was told he "cannot honor" my reservation due to "big issue at motel". When I called he said it was a major plumbing issue. I understand things can happen but the way this was handled was very unprofessional. He made ME cancel the booking. I guess it doesn't look as bad on him if I cancel instead of HIM cancelling for me which make me feel like there aren't really plumbing problems. Now I'm 5 days away from my trip and needing the room that I booked a month ago and can find anything under $100.
