Smooth online transaction reserving rm. Check-in went smooth as well. I needed to print important document, LORENA went out of her way to allow me to print the document before noon and get it back to my employer! She went over & Beyond and with a smile! Beds were great and neatly done, rug looks unclean, bathroom wreaked of urine and was horrible. Asked for late checkout considering it thunder stormed the night before & they had plenty of vacancies, only allowed an additional 1/2 hour. I still would still recommend the hotel

When we arrived there was a extremely strong chemical odor that made it impossible to stay there. We were forced to find another place to stay. The hotel refused to refund us our money, even though we never stayed there due to the toxic chemical smell throughout the building, including our room. This was also noted by another guest who was checking in at the same time. ******* tried repeatedly to get us a refund and never was able to do so. DO NOT STAY HERE!!! They are obviously only interested in your money, not your safety. By refusing to refund us our money, they have essentially acted as thieves. Do not support a dishonest and corrupt business!

The view of the beach was great, comfy beds. Room was clean. The bath tub dripped water continuously and could hear it pretty well. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. We would stay here again.

Really enjoyed my stay here. Everything was clean, quiet and we had free onsite parking. The room was cleaned everyday. I forgot to pack toothpaste and the front desk had some there! I would definitely stay here again. Close 2 everything. Only hiccups was it got pretty busy at the front desk and there was a line because theres only 1 person working the desk and the cable kept saying signal lost. I tried to use my phone instead but those aren't smart tvs in the room.

The hotel rooms need to be updated. Bathroom facets leaking, rust on the pipes. Shower curtain needs to be replaced. Siding door to the balcony was broken. Overall the beds were awesome. Room 511 Our stay was Mar 15 to Mar 18th

Our stay was too short but our room with 2 queen beds ocean front and it was excellent. Most likely will book this again for a long weekend stay. Staff was very friendly
