帰る際化粧品一式忘れて帰ってしまい、慌てて電話するも繋がらず。10回近くかけ、ようやく繋がり事情を説明。すぐに郵送してくれるとこので、待っていたが1週間経っても届かず。再度連絡しようとしても電話は簡単には繋がらない。やっと繋がったと思い、化粧品の事を尋ねると、確認して折返し連絡すると言われたが、当然のように折返しもない。その後メールで尋ねると、まだ郵送もされておらず、明日にでも送るとの返事。 忘れた私自身が悪い話だが、すぐ送ると言って送らないのもどうかと思う。良い旅館だっただけに、こんなに対応が悪いものかとガッカリでした。
