Perfect location, main station close by, convenience store just a couple minutes away. The room was also not too bad, though it wasn't entirely clean. Some dust haven't been cleaned, in mostly unnoticable places though, like really high up or behind the TV. And even though we haven't met any staff members it wasn't that hard to check in or check out. Though there was difficulty of getting inside the building, as we didn't receive the door code through email. Good thing there were some helpful residents of the hotel who helped us to get inside. Either way final score would be 8.5/10

The hotel did not send an email in advance to inform the hotel door password, room number and room password, and also used the excuse that the system was broken. The telephone communication was not smooth. This is the first time I have encountered such service in Japan. The self-service check-in experience was also very bad. I was repeatedly rejected. Thanks to Ctrip for communicating with us, the matter was resolved. The room hygiene was poor, and there were hairs in the shower room and pillows. This kind of hotel can only be rated badly!

The location is great. You can get there from the east exit of Okayama JR Station through the shopping street. There are FamilyMart, supermarkets, and restaurants nearby. It is very convenient. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to Okayama Castle and Korakuen. But unfortunately, our room seemed to be occupied. I was assigned the smallest one, without a bathtub, but the equipment is quite complete. I will consider staying here again next time
