Kurobe Kanko Hotel Reviews

It was a very big hotel with nice onsen (although it smells a little of chlorine) the place was swarmed with tour groups so buffet quality was not great but edible with quite a lot of variety. Parking was spacious. I gave 3 stars for service because we encountered a rude souvenir shop staff who yelled at us in Chinese and continued doing so even after we told her that we are not Chinese!

You can take a bus from Shinano Omachi to Omachi Hot Spring Village (about 10 minutes by car) The hotel is right at Omachi Onsengo Station, and you can see the dazzling red roofs as soon as you get off the train. 6 tatami rooms also have a certain amount of space The hot spring is big and very clean👍 When I came here 5 years ago, I loved the dinner buffet But this time I was a little disappointed. There were fewer styles and the crab legs were tasteless.

Going up the mountain from the direction of Ogizawa is highly recommended! Although the hotel has a sense of age and the room facilities are relatively old; But it's only about 15 minutes away from the station. It is also very convenient to stay and eat for two. The dinner buffet has a really high CP value at this price, and the hot spring pool is also very good.

If I have the chance to go to Kurobe next time, I will probably choose this place.
