Worst every management. No basic facility provided. Even if we raise complaint they did not respond. What was booked and the room alloted to us was totally different. Owner of the hotel does not even reach out to traveller inspite of complaint. Please do not book room and waste your money. This people have taken granted that people will come and you the hotel inspite of lack of basic amenties

I didnt stayed in this hotel. Parking was not there. Reception girl was terrific, worst. Make my trip also couldnt able to help for refund of atleast 50% never ever would suggest anyone for hotel maneck residency nor through make my trip.

Pros: 1. Location is near to bus stand thats a plus. 2. They have drivers who give you sight seeing 1800 per day (car. 3. North indian pure veg food is back street so that's a plus. Rooms were clean. Cons:
non ac rooms are very cold. Bring your blanketa with you. Gyser problem in every room. No inhouse food available. No tea coffee or even hot water available. Ground floor rooms have no windows which can be uncomfortable to some people.

Location good, services poor, cleaning not well. New guest getting old bed sheet and covers. When we visit septic tank is looking overflowing. Best thing is location

the rooms were clean but too noisy.the hotel is on the main road so almost all night traffic noise was coming. basic things like towel hand wash soap electric kettle etc were not available.. in one line they haven't provided any basic things except the room.. room service and telephone to contact reception was also not there in the room

Rooms are good. No restaurant but will get food nearby. The main problem faced is parking. It is an issue for most of the hotels in ooty
