Pros:
the staff are polite and helpful. Location is excellent. Property is in midst of market area, botanical garden. Cons:
the rooms in garden manor are extremely small and congested with very minimal space to walk around. Lighting is also very poor and windows are almost nill. There is no kettle in the rooms. Breakfast options are limited and kimd of average only.

I recently stayed at garden manor and had a wonderful experience. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and attentive. One of the highlights was the breakfast—there was a great selection of optio. It set a positive tone for the day. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a pleasant stay!

Garden manor was a cozy little hotel located near ooty botanical garden & ******* market. Rooms are small, but ideal for 2 people. Breakfast was good and the rooftop dining area was filled with flowers and was perfect. The bathroom was clean and neat. Hot drinking water was provided only on demand. There is a balcony in the room which is very small, but the lamp light during night time was beautiful. There is a tv but it was not working. Overall nice experience

Everything was good just we faced problems with water supply. The hot water and vold water was running on very slow pace and we had to wait to use it. Apart from thay breakfast was good the location was good and the overall stay was fine.
