Food was great and service provided by the staff (Rakesh, Amit & khan) was overwhelming and made the trip well spent and valve for money. .. Would highly recommend this hotel for upcoming tourist... Best way to find inner peace and close to nature. ...

The overall experience of the stay was average. Sinclairs retreat had very limited options in the breakfast buffet. And they dint arrange dinner buffets on regular basis and even when they arrange it has very limited options and the price was high for the given option in buffet. They can increase the varieties in buffet at the same price

Stay was fine, however bar gets closed by 11 and no food order after 10 pm. Hotel location using gps is nightmare, you need to call hotel for right way. Staff is less in hotel so reminder call would be needed in each case food is good no doubt

It’s a good property located on the slopes. Rooms are tidy and neat and provide wonderful views of the mountains and valley. Staff is courteous and efficient. Restaurant menu is limited but the food was delicious! the property needs some renovation for activity area but overall nothing much to complain about. 5

The hotel is located in a good place, but the road is in the worst condition for 200m, the old building lot of renovation should be carried out and no hygiene and rooms were stinky, food is 50% okay in taste. The staff are cooperative and supportive overall will rate as average not worthy for the amount spent. First time made wrong choice due mm t reviews. Requesting mm t team to validate before rating to avoid unpleasant stay and amount to be spent that to like tourist hilly place

I stayed there with my family for 3 nights. The hotel is well connected and located. However, rooms are a little small and washrooms are also very small and congested. Property is well maintained and the staff is friendly. Worth staying again.
