Location: perfect location, close to what is important to see in Opatja. Direct to the sea. It has a private quay to the sea and very close to a small public beach! Lobby: impressive with a great view over the pool and the see. There is also a nice bar! Pool and Spa: Pool is quite small for such a big hotel but the spa is well equipped with a indoor pool, Jacuzzi and different types of sauna. Rooms: Not too big but nice designed and well equipped. Breakfast: very rich selections, I really liked! Dinner: For this money I would try to also eat in the city. The menu is not very varied. Personal: also very varied, some are very kind other are grumpy. Entertainment: every two evenings we had a nice musical show. Parking: better to leave the car on the public parking spaces. Larger space and cheaper. It is not possible to pay by card, just cash and kuna!

Good location hotel in central Opatija. The staff is very nice and helpful. Unfortunately, parking around the hotel is difficult and you should be careful to read the text of the different rooms (do not be cheated by the pictures). Very good breakfast and close to the beach.

First time to Croatia, what a lovely experience. The staff where very friend and helpful. The team on reception were always smiling. Made us feel welcome. We were half board plus so we had breakfast and dinner. We also ate lunch in the bar, and the outside cafe , food good value for money and delicious. The room was lovely, had a lovely sea view. Also the rep lady . Was very attentive and so helpful on booking our tours , which were amazing. The only thing I'd highlight is that the deck chairs and parasols where €25 a day. Which I think as hotel costumers should be included.

Very beautiful hotel by the Sea. Room was big with splendid sea view from the balcony. Relaxing spa zone. Personal is very kind and hospitable and we feel great. Brekfast was avesome with lot of choices and food is general delicious. We visited hotel Navis twice and plan to come again soon.
