The hotel is a bit worn-out but still comfortable. Location is a bit outside of everything, but it’s a walkable distance from center. Some small cafes are in about 10 minutes’ walk.

3 stars is a bit high. The hotel room is small, the glass windows are covered with mud, the bed is small, the quilt is damp, and there are no toothbrushes, slippers and toiletries. There are few types of breakfast. The price of the buffet in the evening is the same as that of the Sheraton next door. The dishes are much different. Drinks at the buffet are charged separately. The only relief is that I chose a sea view room and relied on the sea to survive the past few days.

Predictably and reassuringly Ibis. The WiFi works, the shower doesn’t leak and the buffet breakfast is excellent (real coffee beans and they make fresh omelette for you …..). Slow but friendly bar service. No room safe, ironing board or minibar. Reassuringly modern and efficient though. Slow passport checks at checkin. To be recommended.

It was very good to stay in Ibis for 3 nights. All staff were very supportive specially Djamila was so kind & very helpful. Shahra was also so kind at restaurant who was taking care very well dinting my stay. I would like to come again soon. Shahra speaks English very well so it was very easy to prepare anything for me.

I had used my credit card to book two rooms for two nights, about one week before my stay. I had received my order confirmation, booking reference and paid for the rooms hotel before arrival. Upon arrival to the hotel, they claimed my reservation was non existent. I then called my credit card company who confirmed the booked was made and accepted. The hotel continued to state I had no room booking and was requesting for me to pay a second time and they would grant me a room. The workers were not helpful at all in trying to fix the issue, and ultimately I left and took my business down the street to a different hotel. As someone who values customer service I will never be returning to any Ibis location.

The hotel has become a disaster. It no longer has the atmosphere of before and everything needs to be redone. The rooms which give the impression that they are clean are really disgusting. I was really disappointed by the quality of the snack bar and the breakfast service. It is really unfortunate if we compare the Ibis Oran of 2008 to the one today. Even the staff is no longer up to par.

I am a customer of Ibis. Where I usually sit at the cafeteria level to process my professional emails while having coffee and orange juice which is exceptional. Today since it is RAMADAN we cannot consume, and also since I am not a resident today: so I was thrown out by the waitress and the security guard. I was not even asked my first and last name to see if I am loyal or not. I hope that the group will do mystery shopper surveys. Too bad for the ACCOR group

We arrived today (2 adults and 2 children (under 7 years old). Positive points: - secure parking ++ - clean room (double bed) - free extra mattresses for children - friendly staff NEGATIVE points: - Children's mattresses dusty and stained with drool or other... without fitted sheets - clean and worn bath towels, sheets and covers too - at first no mattresses, sheets and cushions for the children then we asked for mattresses at reception around 5:00 p.m. thinking that the mattresses would be brought with their kit. Very quickly we received two dusty mattresses, stained mattresses, one in particular. - 5:30 p.m. requested a change of mattress and bedding kit for the children - On our return around 11:00 p.m.: No change of mattress: only two sheets without cushions, without covers. 11:00 p.m.: again going to reception to be able to put our children to bed in good conditions Response: waiting time 1 HOUR to change at least 1 really dirty mattress and get 2 sheets and cushions! 00:20: my husband had to go to reception again (phone no answer) to finally come back with the receptionist so that he could come and see the condition of the mattresses and change 1 mattress. I will remove one star from this hotel because its primary function is to sleep!! It is unacceptable to wait so long for bedding, especially for children! There is clearly a lack of professionalism. Do not compare to an Ibis France hotel. We booked 2 nights and for the moment I am really disappointed and upset. This is the first time I have written a review!

A classic ibis so no big surprises. Large rooms, small bathroom like in all ibis. Clean and good bedding. Varied breakfast, hot and cold, and quite correct. On the other hand the restaurant is very average and especially expensive for the choice and quality served. Very nice terrace to have a drink. Location that requires a car.
