Laziness / not my problem
The morning front desk girl ruined a five star review for you guys. 1 case of laziness override’s all the good service everyone else provides.
The coffee maker in my room didn’t work. I walked down and relayed that to the young girl behind the desk, she stated, “there’s coffees down here, you can use that”. She didn’t offer to fix it, she didn’t offer to replace it, she left it for your next guest. Now, I have to travel down 3 flights just for my morning coffee.
