This hotel has the friendliest front desk staff, and I have really enjoyed staying here. They make you feel like family. And it is in such a good location for restaurants, even within walking distance, as well as with the theme parks, of course. The place is clean and cool, and I have enjoyed the new, large LG TV. The picture is incredible, and I can set it to wake me up, in the mornings. Then, I prepare my morning coffee-vitamin drink in the kitchen of the room, along with a bite to eat from the full-sized refrigerator. Don't laugh, but if you're a bit of a germaphobe, like me, you will love the fact, that all of the toilets are new! And as for housekeeping, they are nice, too, and they make sure the towels and bed linens are crispy clean. I am only sorry, that I did not find this place and come here, sooner!

Come and rush to forget to take pictures and see the text. The overall environment of the hotel is good, consistent with the picture, the living is very comfortable, more suitable for self-driving, the hotel is relatively small, but the room is large and clean. Opposite the hotel is a lake with a nice view. The hotel has a gym and an outdoor swimming pool, which is experienced, small and clean, and there are children to play there. The hotel has its own breakfast, and it seems that a few hotels are still very rich, you can make waffle. The hotel has its own washing machine dryer, which can be used for direct payment with a credit card, as well as washing powder. Free orange water and lollipops are available at the front desk. There is a mall near the hotel, the distance is very close, and it takes about 12 minutes to walk. The 711 walk takes about 15-20 minutes. This road is very desolate. It is not recommended to walk at night. We didn't drive, we went to the amusement park to be lyft, about 25 knives to Disney, and about 10 knives to the universal resort. One of the places to eat nearby is the restaurant and food court in the mall, or take a taxi to eat around. We stayed in a Chinese restaurant called u&me for three days, really delicious, about 8 knives, recommended Everyone goes, there is milk tea next to it. Overall, the price is good and the hotel is very new.

I evacuated for the hurricane from Tampa to Orlando. I want to acknowledge the assistant manager Alexis who was like an angel to me. On Wednesday morning I had trouble with my room I went downstairs and told her and the first thing she said was you don’t need that in the face of what’s going on so let me help you. She took care of the situation but the point that I’m making is or in the middle of a hurricane evaluation people are coming and going and she took the time to make sure I was OK. On top of that she personally helped me move my stuff from one room to another And brought me two cans of tuna fish to my room later that day. Additionally I had conversations with a general manager Jenna and Alexis. I was so confident by their approach to us who were evacuating and who are staying a couple of days with them in this place because you know they cared about us like family and they took their responsibility very seriously and they had all kinds of back up stuff like flashlights water and when the power went off we had air circulating in the rooms we could use the toilets there couldn’t of been a better place for me to be during A hurricane so I can just imagine how wonderful it is there without all of that pressure give them five stars and more if I could oh plus the place is beautiful and clean

My first impression of this property was very favorable. This is obviously an older Marriott property that has undergone a really nice refurbishment. Everything is updated from the lobby to the rooms to the M Club. I am a Bonvoy Platinum elite. I checked in on the mobile app and was pleasantly surprised that I was checked in promptly, however none of my room requests were met. High floor away from elevator are my preferences. High floor isn't a big deal but I was placed in a room directly adjacent to the elevator with no platinum upgrade. The room was very nice and updated and I was really happy with how well they had updated the rooms. My main gripe with this property was the poorly managed M Club with embarrassing food options. The breakfast was adequate and in line with most other M Clubs, however the evening hors d'oeuvres were embarrassing. On the Saturday evening of my stay the evening hors d'oeuvres were put out an hour late and when they finally were put out, the offering was frozen chicken strips (think kids meal at a restaurant) that were cold and the worst hard waffles that were obviously left over from breakfast (they serve the same waffles at breakfast). They were hard and cold. The person who set up the hors d'oeuvres didn't put out ANY serving utensils for any of the offerings. They also had very small platters of cheese, crackers and meats. There were so few crackers put out that they were gone in a minute. The person who set up the food went back to the front desk and never returned. The one other embarrassing miss for Marriot and their M Clubs is that they require guests to pay for drinks in the M Club. What a blow to their most loyal guests. Other competing brands offer complimentary evening happy hours. Overall this is a decent property, but they really need to step up their evening hors d'oeuvres game.
