If you visit Universal Orlando, this is a nice hotel with good pool and gym. Big bed as well and nice hotel. Provides shuttle to places around and also shops and supermarket within walking distance.

Thin walls in bedroom so you hear everything from next door and in the hallway. Bed was very moist / damp and not very comfy. It’s a very basic hotel think Quality Inn / Holiday Inn level

this hotel is in a great location with free shuttle back and forth the universal area. There is an iride that takes you to the outlet and eat-out area that is pretty buzzling. there is no requirement to drive. If you love walking, this is really convenient location with supermart within 10 mins walking distance. *Impt: for international travelers *

Upgraded to a suite. The suite is really big and the pool view is beautiful. Staff are very welcoming and willing to assist They were also very helpful during the hurricane! Overall, the hotel is clean and the environment is very good. It is highly recommended. The price is also very affordable There is a shuttle bus to Universal Studios and it takes less than 10 minutes to drive there. You can also enter the park 1 hour early which is great!

We were upgraded on site! The room was spacious and had a bathtub, so it was great to be able to relax after a day at the park. The shape of the pool was cute.

Honestly, Universal should be ashamed of this hotel. It had everything it needed to be great until you fell asleep. It has absolutely no acoustics. You can even hear your neighbor's cell phone vibrating, as well as the toilet flushing and various water noises coming from the pipes. If you care about a minimum of silence, don't stay here.

Very good hotel. I will stay there again next time. The service is also very good. They will give you a commemorative room card. With the commemorative room card, you can enter the park 1 hour earlier. There is also a shuttle directly to the park.

Stayed for three nights. I checked in late on the first day and couldn't see any pool view from the pool view room. There was noise in the room and it was not repaired at 2 am. Even if there is no mineral water, slippers, toothbrushes, etc., the main problem is that there is no quilt, so I can only ask them for a blanket like a bath towel, and the bed sheets are very frizzy. The good thing is that I changed rooms the next day and had a good view. Moreover, there are many bus trips to and from Universal, which is more convenient, and you can enter the park one hour early.

It's an official Universal Orlando hotel, so it's close to Universal and has very good access. The hotel was recently opened, so it was new and clean! The hotel house is very large, so it's a little difficult to get to the room. I dropped off my luggage early in the morning, went through the reception, got my birthday badge and room key, and entered the park early. I came back around 8pm and left at 5am the next morning, so I didn't really stay there (lol) I think the walls were a little thin because I could hear people in the hallway, but I only wanted to sleep so it wasn't a problem. !

New hotel. Comfortable room and bed. Water fountains available in the hotel. Shuttle service every 10 minutes to the park. Early access to the park staying at the hotel. I wouldn't recommend another place to go to the universal parks. A 10.

I stayed at Universal Studios with the information that it was a cost-effective hotel. They were happy to check in early, and the location was also good because there were marts and restaurants nearby. You can enter Universal Studios 1 hour early, and the shuttle is frequent, so it was convenient. If you are staying for Universal, I highly recommend it!!!
