It is a comfortable hotel with a private feel. The bathtub was large and the room was large, so I was able to relax and relax comfortably while relieving my travels in Istanbul. However, there are two entrances, so if you enter by mistake, you have to climb 4 floors of stairs to reach the reception. Be sure to check Google Maps as it is a little different.

Ben bu otelde yaklaşık 5 ay boyunca resepsiyonist olarak çalıştım ve AĞUSTOS 2024 ayında işten kendi rızamla ayrıldım. Bu süreçte otel müdiresi HAMİDE HANIM alacaklarım için merak etmememi arkamdan yollayacağını söyledi ve 3 ay boyunca alacağımı yollamadı sonunda artık yollaması gerektiğini söyleyince tam da bana borçlu olunan miktar kadar bir eksik paranın olduğunu söyleyip beni hırsızlıkla itham etti. o güler yüzlerin sözde işletmelerin( !) çalıştırdıkları insanların haklarını ödemeyip üstüne iftira atıyorlar. Böyle insanlarla ne çalışmanızı ne de para verip kalmanızı önermiyorum.

Kapadokya'ya gelindiğinde bize göre kalınabilecek en güzel otel olabilir yorumlara bakıp bulduk ve iyi ki başka otel aramamışız, odaları, temizliği sabah kahvaltısı, manzarası konumunun sakinliği muhteşemdi. Ayrıca resepsiyonist Berkcan beye ilgilerinden dolayı çok teşekkür ederiz. İşletme sahibi ile tanışma fırsatımız da oldu ve çalışanları olsun kendisi olsun çok güler yüzlü, samimi insanlardı, bizim için mükemmel bir Kapadokya deneyimi oldu. Tekrar geldiğimizde yine tercih edeceğimiz bir yer oldu bizim için.

Sehr schön eingerichtetes Hotel mit sehr sehr freundlichem Personal. Alle waren sehr gasfreundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und abwechslungsreich. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber. Wir empfehlen das Hotel auf jeden Fall weiter.

This was my weekend trip and l enjoyed much, I fully rested. Hotel is well located, with city and castle view, different nice rooms, kind stuff , it is very clean. Delicious Turkish breakfast and l can’t pass without mentioning owner of hotel Dr Deniz who is really nice kind helpful person.. Thanks to all see you soon

Serenus Cave suites. Awesome place where this hotel was located . Great view of the caves and surrounding area. Very clean and neat place to spend your time . The staff was very polite and welcoming they tended to our needs with courtesy. Hotel ambience was calm, serene and beautiful. The hotel hostess Ms Hamida a very delightful and helpful person. She was and is extremely nice young lady . Ms Hamida is definitely an asset to Serenus Caves suites. I personally recommend this hotel to everyone which is A+ . Regards Mrs Ghazi and family

Müthiş manzarası, leziz kahvaltısı ve oteli otel değil de ev gibi hissettiren çok çok çok tatlı personeli ile unutulmaz bir konaklama oldu bizim için. Otel çok temiz ve odalar gerçekten geniş. Kahvaltı her gün farklı geliyor ve çok doyurucu. Her kahvaltıya indiğimizde güler yüz ile karşılandık ve masamız hazırdı. Kapadokyayı ilk kez ziyaret ettik ve bi tatil ancak bu kadar dolu dolu geçebilirdi bu da Hamide hanımın bizim için hazırladığı rota sayesinde gerçekleşti. Her şey için çok teşekkürler Serenus Cave, kalbimiz hep sizinle 🙏💙

Merhabalar. Öncelikle otelin konumu gerçekten de çok güzeldi. Merkeze oldukça yakındı. Ancak yokuşlar biraz yorucu olabilir. Personelin yaklaşımı oldukça yardım severdi. Hatta sizin için bir gezi planı bile hazırlıyorlar. Konakladığımız oda oldukça rahattı. Belki mevsime göre odada klima olabilirdi. Fakat biz aramadık. Oda oldukça ferahtı. Temizli gerçekten de çok iyiydi. Kahvaltı konusunda söylenebilecek tek şey mükemmeldi. Kısacası kesinlikle tavsiye ediyorum.
