飯店位置在小鎮主要街道上，距離各纜車站不遠，停車場在飯店後方，對面有超市。
飯店有電梯，不用扛行李。房間寬敞，有陽台，看出去的景色優美，左前方不遠處Alpe di Siusi纜車，浴室很大，有浴缸，爬完山泡個熱水澡，人生快事。早餐豐盛，麵包總類多，咖啡由服務生送來的錫壺，2杯義式咖啡的容量，頗有趣味。
唯一不周到的地方是沒有熱水壺、茶包與水杯等，好像歐洲很多飯店都沒這些。

Buon hotel quasi al centro di Ortisei. Cortesia e professionalità da parte dei gestori, che ci hanno accolto con attenzione e dedizione. Ottima la cucina del ristorante con piatti curati e ben presentati . Hotel da consigliare con una sola nota negativa , bagni un pò datati con doccia nella vasca da bagno.

Very average stay, slightly overpriced but you are paying for the location more than anything. Service is nice. Biggest issues were for us were that the bed is uncomfortable and hair dryer stops working after 2 minutes of use because it overheats. Breakfast is average.

Great location and property checked a lot of boxes. The shower situation was a little weird with a bathtub but no screen around it so attempting a shower really made a mess. Also the wifi was essentially non existent, I think we were getting about .6 mbps which was difficult to plan our next leg and coordinate basic research around town with.

Great place to stay
This is the second year I have stayed at this hotel, and I really like it. Rooms are very nice, the breakfast and dinner are very good, and the service is good. The location is excellent, being just a short walk from the bus stop and downtown. The only improvement I would make to the room is to add a small refrigerator and hot water kettle, so you can make your own coffee or tea in the room.

They have mastered efficiency and hospitality! And the breakfast coffee is very good😊. I stayed for 8 days, and if I return to Ortisei I will definitely stay with them again.
