Die Lage vom Ansitz Jakoberhof ist einmalig, gelegen auf einem sonnigen Hochplateau inmitten einer natürlichen Umgebung mit Blick auf die Sella Gruppe und die legendäre Sasslong. Ich war schon mehr als zehnmal da und es war mir in all den Jahren nie langweilig. Von der schönen Aussicht allein kann man aber nicht leben. Unvergesslich bleibt die ehrliche Gastfreundschaft der Familie Pico und die ausgezeichnete Küche mit dem freundlichen und aufmerksamen Personal. Meinen Lieblingswein *Patrizia* wurde mir nach einem Jahr Abwesenheit automatisch an den Tisch gebracht! Meine vielen schönen Fotos erinnern mich an die unvergesslichen Jakoberhof Tage mit dem Besuch des Val Gardena.

We have spent several Christmas weeks at this lovely hotel. The hotel is located on the sunny side of Ortisei and we do wake up in the mornings to a beautiful view. The rooms are spacious and very nice, and we do appreciate the food served. The hotel is big enough to give us all the facilities we need, but "small" enough to secure a familiar charm with Andrea and Markus as our attentive, nice and professional hosts. We are looking forward to spending the 2024 Christmas week at this hotel in a couple of months!

Cozy, family run hotel with lovely woodwork throughout. Bus stop outside hotel, but free parking was very convenient. Pool/sauna/steam room was a relaxing component. We enjoyed table tennis in the game room. Salad buffet at dinner and breakfast buffet were very good. Fool selection was varied, with Bavarian flair. Rooms, though a bit dimly lit, were very clean. We enjoyed the Mountain views from our balcony.

Abbiamo soggiornato io,la mia compagna e il cagnolino una settimana dopo ferragosto in questo hotel in Val Gardena a Ortisei per la prima volta, anche perché ci piace cambiare tutti gli anni. Posizione dell'Hotel si affaccia sul Sasso lungo, fantastico, un paio di km fuori dal centro di Ortisei, scomodo se si vuole fare una passeggiata a piedi senza usare l'auto, ma è una scelta... Hotel provvisto di wellness, con piccola piscina idromassaggio, sauna e bagno turco, top dopo una giornata di escursioni in posti meravigliosi. Cibo molto vario e di qualità, un ai camerieri, sempre gentilissimi.

Sono diversi anni che vado in vacanza a Ortisei ma questo hotel ha deluso le mie aspettative. Il proprietario e' veramente antipatico e scortese, cerca anche di fare il simpatico ma peggiora la situazione. Non lo consiglio anche per la posizione troppo isolata e la cena offre di rado piatti tipici della tradizione sudtirolese

Bello il paese, bello l'hotel... l'unico problema è il proprietario con le sue "battutine", che lui crede simpatiche, ma in realtà offendono il cliente. Un altro dettaglio importante è che anche arrivando in orario per la cena, a volte non si trova il buffet al completo. Consiglierei infine di impacchettare gli stuzzicadenti singolarmente anziché lasciarli sciolti.
