We stayed in this newly opened hotel for 5 nights and we liked it for the following reasons: 1. Free accessed to indoor pool 2. On-site parking, with discounted overnight price for in-house guests 3. Buffet breakfast has a large variety of choices 4. Rooms are specious compared to other properties in Japan

I have a very good experience in this hotel. The location is near subway and can go to everywhere conveniently. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Also the room is very clean and comfortable. I will definitely stay in this hotel again in my next trip to Osaka.

I liked the hotel. Convenient location, metro 7 minutes walk away. The room is large and comfortable. The bed and pillows provide excellent sleep. Beautiful view from the window.

The hotel is located close to Osaka Castle! About 10 minutes walk from the MTR station exit! The room is a river view, it is recommended to choose Osaka City view, because at night will obscurely hear the sound of the railway until the end of the train! The first day I thought the hotel machine room sound, to later found the average time after one o'clock no, In addition, the hotel indoor swimming pool is small, and very heavy bleach smell! The gym is spacious and well-equipped! The buffet breakfast is a mixture of Japanese and Western styles normally!  Check-in front desk service attitude is very good! The only thing there is no luggage department,It was very awkward to pick up luggage from the ground floor to the 6th floor for check-in! On the day of check-in, there was a man and a woman standing in the lobby wearing uniforms and wearing employee ID cards, seeing my husband and I were very embarrassed, two people carrying 5 pieces of luggage! Standing and talking does not help! This is not ideal for tourists! Also disappointed with your brand! Fortunately, there is an employee with glasses at the front desk, check in service courteously proactively inquire,Do you need late-check out? Finally helped postpone check-out for 1 hour at 12pm! This courteous act immediately calmed the furious me

The Osaka Castle at sunrise and sunset is outside the bed, like a painting embedded in a frame. The hotel has convenient transportation. If you go to Kyoto, the Hankyo Line is just downstairs. We walked to Umeda. The Osaka Light Feast on Midosuji Avenue is lit up in winter, which is very beautiful!

The room is a bit small, but clean, with first-class facilities and views. Afternoon tea on the 20th floor ☕️ offers a panoramic view of Osaka Castle.

It was a very disappointing experience. After arriving in the morning, I stored my luggage and went out for a day. When I came back in the afternoon, I was very tired and just wanted to go back to the room to rest quickly. However, when checking in, the staff chatted with me about family matters and wanted me to pay more for a castle view room. After I refused, they charged me a deposit of 20,000 yen. The luggage was not given to me immediately, but they said they would deliver it to my room in a few minutes. The room was arranged at the end of the lowest floor. Every time the tram passed the iron bridge outside the window, the noise was very loud, making it difficult to fall asleep (especially in the early morning). Then I found a small piece of garbage left by the previous guest under the bedside table. I didn't tell the hotel. Anyway, this small piece of garbage was still lying there until I left the store, which means that this corner has not been cleaned every day. It is about 8-10 minutes walk from Tenmabashi Station, which is still a bit far. It is very close to Osaka Castle Park.

How should I put it? I booked two different room types so I can review it twice. Then I was surprised to find that the more expensive Osaka City View Room did not have a bathtub. Although it had a coffee machine, it was still a bit outrageous, and the water volume of the coffee machine was a bit problematic. The hygiene was obviously not as good as the River View Room. The table felt not cleaned, which was a bit unreasonable for a hotel that has only been open for a few months. Overall, it was pretty good, but it would have been better to choose a River View Room…
