friendly and helpful receptionist and staff, lovely and great first impression of the hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, excellent service where we had dinner.

Room is very small. We had a bunk bed, single on top and small double bed at the bottom. Good enough for 2 nights. If you need room for more than 2 nights, not this hotel. Location is very convenient. Train station is just right Infront of the hotel.

Go to “ East exit “ of Shin Osaka Station, If you want to take a walk to this hotel. Easy

Near JR New Osaka Station

It's close to Shin-Osaka station and easy to find! It's right in front as you exit the east exit. The staff were polite and the room was clean. Only the bare minimum of amenities are provided, so women will need to bring their own skin care products. The shampoo and conditioner weren't cheap like you'd expect in a business hotel, and I didn't have to use the ones I brought with me, so I was personally satisfied. I'd like to use it again if I have the opportunity to visit the Kinki region.

It was very close to the station, so it wasn't a hassle to get around even with a lot of luggage. There was also a convenience store nearby, so it was very convenient.

This is probably my second time staying here. The price is reasonable. The room is small but clean. The breakfast is not rich but satisfying. It is close to Shin-Osaka Station, 3 minutes from the East Exit. There is a 24-hour Family Mart 2 minutes from the hotel. I plan to stay here again next time I come to Osaka.

First of all, the best thing about this hotel is that it's very close to Shin-Osaka Station. The cleaning staff were also very kind. The service at the front desk was also good. I plan to use this hotel again when staying in Osaka.

There is a hotel passageway that leads directly to the Shin-Osaka Station side (the entrance is next to a convenience store), so it is very convenient. The chairs and bed mats in the guest rooms, the Mirabel shower head in the bathroom, and other high-quality and trendy items are all featured, so I felt that the satisfaction level was high considering the price of the accommodation.

It was conveniently located near the station. I recommend it. Check-out time was a bit busy at 10am.
