My room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the linens were soft and fresh. The bathroom was modern with a large shower and excellent water pressure. I particularly enjoyed the complimentary toiletries and the plush bathrobe. The room also had a mini-fridge, a coffee maker, and a large flat-screen TV.

We choose this hotel because it is right next to the Nankai Airport Express. This hotel also provides luggage scale in their lobby.

The room is big enough to open two luggage and the location is good. If you have luggage and want to use elevator, you can use exit 10 and it’s less than 5 min walk to the hotel.

Great value, location is really good, the airport shuttle drops you right in front of the hotel, many amazing local izakayas around, great street food around, just a few minutes walk from dotonbori. Very clean and comfortable. Definitely one of the best deals around, highly recommended !

Best is it's prime location. We would usually change hotels after one night stay. But this time, we remain staying put, simply becoz it is right opposite Nankai Namba Station, where Takashimaya and other shopping centres are located. Namba Parks is right beside as well. Go to Namba Parks and enjoy the night illumination garden, it's certainly pretty. Need to mention that the amenities provided at the lobby are so good, the salt bath, etc etc.

The location is great! It’s near central (dotonbori) and train to airport. I love this hotel so much.

Overall the main factor for booking this hotel is the location, convenient to move around. The only one bad point is room size, cant find a place to open widely 26 inch luggage bag. It may find difficulty to move around if more than one pax. The hotel system is modern with automated system registration, checked in and check out. 11am check out is bit too early.

The location is very good if you prefer shopping, as due to close to the main shopping area therefore will have some noise and too happening. Close to metro station too. The breakfast was delicious and staffs is friendly.

Airport Train -Nankai Line Direct -Exit 5 opposite, just Cross the road, Exit 7 have to carry Luggage💪🧳 up stairs😥 Room rather small but very clean with all disposable amenities self collect Lobby👍. Room has a Spray to remove bbq odour smell fr Jacket/clothes. Food/Restaurant/family Marts - walking distance to famous restaurant- Gyukatsu Motomura, Plenty plus Takashimaya food hall promo after 7pm+ Walking distance to Namba Yasaka Shrine. If taking Klook Day Tour to KYOTO. Choose Meeting Point: VIP VILLA NAMBA- just 3 mins walk near hotel.

i highly recommend this place for a number of reasons: 1. location: this is one the best budget hotels if you are coming from kansai. take the train feom airport and as soon as you get off at namba, take exit namba and you right at the doorsteps of the hotel. its walking distance to shinaibashi/dotonbori/glico sign, river cruise. 2. amenities: they have ice machine, vending machine, microwave, coin-operated laundry and workspace. my daughter has language classes and she was able to study here even after we have checked out. check in/check out using the machine which is very fast. there is family mart downstairs. they have free toiletries for guests so no need to buy toothbrush etc. 3.staff: very pleasant and helpful. as for the room yes its small but the double room with two beds is comfortable. on our third night we had to transfer to a smaller room which was small but its common in budget hotels in japan. sotetsu is a hotel that we have also stayed in in korea and we are always happy with our stay in their hotels.
