The staff are friendly and considerate. I checked in around 7pm and hadn't eaten yet, so I had sandwiches, tea, gelato, etc. at the cafe on the first floor. Everything was delicious, and the peach and basil gelato had a refreshing taste that really soothed me. The sandwiches and tea were really delicious. The entire cafe is spacious and relaxing. The room also has a river view, and the windows are large and let in natural light from outside, so you can wake up feeling bright and refreshed. The amenities such as toothbrushes, cleansing, and lotion are easy to use, and you can purchase them with your accommodation fee when you check in, which is very convenient. The hair dryer is also MUJI, and the shampoo and conditioner have a relaxing scent. For breakfast, I had a green smoothie and an omelette, which were also delicious. I'm usually a night owl and don't like mornings, but this hotel makes me feel very comfortable and active in the mornings.
