A bit far from namba , but facilities are excellent

Good locations & value for money

The location of the hotel is very convenient. Since we have already arrived in Osaka, our luggage can be stored in the hotel first. Staying for 4 nights, the hotel only prepared towels for two days. I read reviews that the hotel will hang new towels outside the door every 3 days for passengers to replace (this is a good practice, very praise👍🏻!, because I have stayed at a certain Some hotels will not replace it for you but need to clean it up yourself.) I just emailed the hotel on the third morning to ask them to collect the garbage, and they told me to put the garbage and used towels outside the door. Collect by share. After returning to the hotel that night, the garbage and towels were collected, but no new towels were put down. I emailed the hotel and said that they did not provide new towels. The reply actually said that they provide new towels every 3 days. I thought at the time, wasn't today exactly 3 days? The wine only had towels for 2 days, and asked me to put the used ones out the door... I was really speechless at the time... Fortunately, I didn't use all the towels in the first two days, so I still had spare ones to use. Except for this matter Except, everything else is very satisfactory and I will stay again next time

It's very close to Ebisu Station. There is a Tamade next to it, but it's quite small. It's about a 10-minute walk from Shin-Imamiya Station. The room is very new and clean, with sufficient bathroom and kitchen utensils. There is a washing machine with laundry detergent, so you can wash clothes every day.

It's great for a family of four to stay. The bed is big and the space is spacious. It's close to the subway station and Tsutenkaku Denden Town. They don't clean, but that was more comfortable for me. If you ask for water and towels separately, they'll quickly refill them, and the building itself is modern and clean. It's good value for money, and there's a luggage storage service. Check-in was a little awkward, but I was able to get by with Konglish. ㅋ I want to visit again next time. There's also a washing machine, so I was able to do laundry and drying on the last day, so it was easy to organize my luggage when I got home~ There's a convenience store, mart, and restaurant nearby, so I bought something from the mart and had a comfortable breakfast~ There's no noise, and the neighborhood is quiet, so it was nice~ The yakisoba restaurant right next door is delicious~

I chose this hotel for this six-day trip to Osaka. Booking with Trip allowed me to use the best price and have a great value accommodation experience. The hotel is 400 meters away from Osaka Subway Ebisucho. You can drag your luggage from Exit 4 and there is an elevator. It’s very convenient. You can take JR or Nankai Electric Railway to and from Shin-Imamiya Station. It’s about 700 meters on foot and takes about 10 minutes. According to our main itinerary, Universal Studios, Dotonbori, Kyoto and other transportation are very convenient! The hotel is unmanned, but there is a reception counter at ESLEAD HOTEL Namba South III opposite, and there are service staff who can speak Chinese. There is no problem with the service. The hotel rooms are very novel and the facilities are complete. Bringing your own kitchen is really convenient for small families to travel. . I had been worried about security issues before setting off, but actually felt much more at ease when I arrived. Some people say that the area north of Shin-Imamiya Station is an area with less security issues, and we had the same experience.

This is a hotel I really like. There was a washing machine and dryer which was very useful. Megadon Quijote and Shinsekai Market are also nearby. Shin-Imamiya Station was also not far away, so it was convenient. It was nice that it was easy to get to Universal Studios from Shinmamia Station. It's my first time in Japan and my first time in Osaka, and I had a great time. I want to come to Japan again

It's hygienic, the environment is very good, and it's close to the subway station. There are supermarkets and restaurants nearby, which is very convenient. I am very satisfied with this hotel and will stay here again next time.
