Staff are friendly with great ideas for restaurant meals, the kitchen is well equipped for fast cooking with fresh food available at a fraction of cost at city centre. Best location for long haul tourists who need to rest as nankai express stops at Tenchagaya station with hostel nearby.

Snoring guests are a risk but location is good for Shinsaibashi and namba visits.

I stayed there for 5 days and 6 nights because of work, and it was comfortable and nice. The staff were friendly and the Shiba Inu was so cute. I will visit again next time.

Accommodation is not very convenient. But it was not very difficult. Suitable for the price, shared bathroom, clean, hair dryer provided, refrigerator, microwave available, lots of foreigners 🤣🤣

The pillowcases were not changed. There was a smell of grease. The quilt cover was not changed either. The white sheets were folded and placed there. You need to make the bed yourself. I don't know if this is the hotel's rule. Is it to save money or the staff is lazy? Except for the first floor which looks a bit messy, the other floors are quite clean. There is no elevator. The stairs are a bit steep. There seems to be a man who has been living here all the time. He looks like a mountain dweller who looks down on people.

There was a party going on on the first floor at night, but the bedroom was quiet because the soundproofing was good. The table in the common area was large and it was easy to work.

I recommend it to those who like the atmosphere of a guesthouse. You can have a friendly conversation in the kitchen on the first floor!!
