Prince Smart Inn Osaka Yodoyabashi

Osaka Station/Umeda/Yodoyabashi/Hommachi
Very small room, had problem opening our two large suitcases. Toilet is ok not too small, washers and dryers available. Very good location, just a stone’s throw away from two exits of Yodoyabashi station, in which one has elevator access. Family mart and supermarket nearby too. Located in a very safe and peaceful area, which is a blessing. Overall worth for its price.

It sits at a very convenient location, only took 30~40 minutes to the Universal Studios. The receptionists are kind and helpful, though some of their English are not very good but still can have an easy conversation.

It was quite difficult to go from Honmachi station and exit 25 (in the station, I walked the platform with extension 々, but I was too worried whether it was suitable) It was good to go out from Exit 8 and see the cityscape because there is FamilyMart and Starbucks on the left. The hotel was small, but it seemed new and beautiful and the room was spacious and comfortable. There was a big washbasin apart from the unit bus, which was also good. There were all amenities, but there was no brush and only comb, so people with long hair might want to bring it. The previous building was under construction and was a little 々 noisy, but other than that it was very quiet (I don't know if there will be more overseas customers...) There were seven eleven, comeda, CoCo , king general, etc. in 3 and 4 minutes walk. It was a hotel I wanted to use when traveling to Osaka. Thank you very much.

I paid well under one hundred Aud for the room so I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of the room. It had everything I required except an in-room safe. I requested a room with a window which I could open. Apparently there are very few rooms available that open - but I did get one - which meant that I was at the back of the hotel very close to the back of the adjacent building - however I preferred that to no fresh air. I am appreciative that the staff met my request. Mattresses are on the raised floor. May be challenging for people who have mobility problems. The mattresses themselves were very comfortable . If you are noise sensitive I suggest you ask for a room away from the elevators . The free set breakfast menu options was quiet limited - and for someone who does not eat meat and bread - a basic fruit bowl was the only option. However for room price I paid, I was happy to buy my breakfast elsewhere. The hotel is in a relatively quiet location - about 30 minute walk to many of the places you'll likely want to visit. I would stay here again if I can get a similar low price.

hotel was clean and nice and very close to the subway station. Take care if you travelling with a lots luggage subway only stairs no escalator or lift. Also everything is self serve...other than that everything was good. There is even a TV in the bathroom for premium floor guests

The hotel is new, with plenty of space, great decoration and great hardware. The pictures on the website are not in kind, it is recommended to retake them. There is a free breakfast, but I didn't eat it, so I can't give good advice. The only drawback is that there are dust in some places, such as on the coffee machine, on the cabinet frame, if the improvement will be good.
