We stayed at Comfort Twin room (for 3 persons) and we had very reasonable space for each person. Placing 3 big luggages would be challenging, 2 big ones are maximum. Fridge is small and not very chilled (no freezer), suggested to just place a few small bottles of drink. Much appreciated the breakfast buffet, food was very fresh with variety. Hot bath was good, especially for travellers and after a long day of walk. Sleeping quality was quite good in the hotel. Staff are friendly, and generally, we had a pleasant stay.

Stayed here for 1 night. Its located 10minutes by foot from Otaru Station. All good for this hotel👍

Nice hotel at nice location. Car park was pretty expensive though. They charge 1.5k yen for parking each day. Public hot bath at 11th floor is spectacular. Divided by gender

Very touristy hotel, designer boutique style and close to places of interest as well as many food options. It is also right next to a convenient store! Only downside is the limited hotel carpark lots but there are two Times car parks within walking distance. Coin laundry within hotel was down when we stayed. Overall, will stay here again and definitely recommend to others.

This is one of our favourite hotels. Everything is setup very well, the rooms are spacious with an interesting layout which makes it feel more like a little appartement. Onsen is very good with sauna and hot pools, one inside one outside with a nice view over the city.

Booked the loft and my children loved it very much. The location is good, walking distance to the Otaru Canal, short drive to Hello Kitty Cafe. The hotel provides parking lots with the fees 1500¥. Free onsen for the hotel guests. Overall it was a pleasant stay. Would love to return to this hotel for my next visit to Otaru.

Great hotel service and love the spa facilities. The hotel location is convenient for walking to sites and food location. Parking is not free. Would definitely come back if back visiting Otaru.

Found a dirty stain on the toilet seat from previous guest. It was easily removed by wet tissue but is still gross and i believe this is not meeting the standard of Japanese hotel. Other than that, the hotel is quite new and modern and in a central location.

Love the location and the onsen. The breakfast is very good. Lawson is nearby. Highly recommend

Hotel was picked due to its convenience to all the locations we wanted to visit. Easy check in and out. Hassle free.

Room is fairly new and clean. Location wise is ok, not very far from the canal. Hollywood twin is quite small, not much room to open your luggage. The hotel safe is not large enough to hold a laptop.

The room looks new and big. My toddler is given a child Toiletries kit which is awesome! The hotel houses local artworks in every level which acts like a mini gallery. The public bath is clean and loving the outdoor bath.
