Le bâtiment est très beau, très bien entretenu, la chambre était joliment décorée et confortable, la terrasse pour le petit déjeuner a une vue splendide et le personnel est très agréable. Merci pour le séjour !

I absolutely loved this palace. It was everything I ever dreamed it would be. I woke every morning and opened the windows to an amazing view overlooking the marina and a blue Adriatic Sea. The staff was so friendly and such a delight. The pictures don't lie. I changed my name to Princess Lib because I felt like a princess.

Già dal momento della prenotazione del soggiorno a Palazzo De Mori ho interagito con il signor Sergio: attento, disponibile, premuroso e professionale. Le aspettative non sono state disattese ma bensì andate oltre. Struttura incantevole, con una terrazza altrettanto incantevole, colazione completa e soddisfacente per ogni gusto e palato. La direttrice persona meravigliosa come tutti gli altri suoi collaboratori. Di non potevo chiedere, Ci vediamo nel 2025.

Beautiful hotel, great location and excellent service. We stayed one night but Sergio and his team were excellent. Recommended superb restaurants for us and provided assistance directing the parking (it’s tricky if you struggle with bags you.l need assistance ) which they will provide. Sunny and light and gorgeous views.

Hotel muito agradável em uma localização privilegiada e equipe super atenciosa. Sergio sempre prestativo! Perto de todos os principais pontos de visita e, o melhor, literalmente colado ao Spinnaker. A vista do Hotel para o Porto de Otranto é única.

Posizione centralissima con una vista sublime, personale gentilissimo , professionale , disponibile accogliente e amichevole , ci hanno fatto sentire a casa e ci siamo sentiti coccolati in tutto, siamo arrivati davvero tanto prima del orario check-in e comunque ci hanno accolto e dato la camera subito , l’ambiente è molto curato in ogni dettaglio e pulitissimo , letti super comodi , e colazione abbondante e di ottima qualità, sono stai anche molto disponibili nel consigliarci le migliori strutture dove mangiare o fare attività , che tra l’altro abbiamo provato e siamo rimasti davvero soddisfatti per la bellezza e qualità dei posti… un grazie di cuore alla Signora Pia sua figlia Francesca e tutto il personale che abbiamo amato di cuore e l’indimenticabile mascotte Arturo che tutti i giorni ci ha strappato un sorriso , sicuramente torneremo presto a trovarvi, consiglio a tutti questo bellissimo palazzo perché va oltre ogni aspettativa il migliore in tutto il Salento
