Hygiene:
The hotel has no problem with hygiene conditions inside and outside. It is very clean and the environment is also very good.
Service:
Wake-up call, car delivery and door-to-door service are all available, but I always feel that the staff is not very patient. The luggage needs to be carried upstairs by the cart (because it is moving from Montreal to Ottawa, so I brought four boxes). After calling the car, they did not tell me when the car will come or what the license plate number is.
Facilities:
The facilities are not complete. There are no disposable slippers, toothbrush cups and other cleaning supplies. The queensize room is equipped with a coffee machine, but it is also quite dusty and I dare not use it. If you want to stay, it is best to prepare the necessary supplies yourself.
