Bien mais assez éloigné pour rejoindre brussels
Très bel établissement, confortable et très propre, seul bémol l’accès au spa et à la piscine en supplément et sur réservation, pas très clair dans la description des services proposés et pas indiqué sur les tarifs des chambres proposés.

Nice bed & location. Bad service and Spa
The hotel location is great, the room was comfortable, but the service has room to improve, especially for a 4* hotel:
-The hotel did not have any shampoo (they were out of stock for the week),
-They were out of washcloths for the entire week
-Breakfast was hit or miss depending on the day. Some days, the eggs were severely undercooked. I do not mind runny eggs, but half the time, they looked more like an egg soup
-The spa service (manicure / pedicure) was horrible: it was so painful that we almost had to ask them to stop
-We had to ask 3 people at the front desk to finally get a parking pass. The first 2 people told us that we had to pay every time that we got in and out. The 3rd finally told us that we could prepay for the week and get in and out as many times as we wanted.
The beds were super comfortable though

Flot og stort.
Yderst flot hotel og god beliggenhed.
Lidt ærgerligt over spaens korte åbningstider. Og det var svært at finde rundt da man skulle køre i en stor forvirrende p-kælder...
Men ellers flot og helt klart et sted vi kunne havne igen.

Qualité de literie exceptionnelle. Très reposant. Petit déjeuner royale. Produits de qualités avec un personnel accueillant et à l'écoute et toujours disponible. Vraiment bravo au groupe Martin's. On recommande à 200 %. Endroit intérieur comme extérieur très propre. Une hygiène irréprochable. La France devrait s'en inspirer

Een heel mooi hotel op de juiste plaats , goede ontvangst, iets meer kennis van de Nederlandse taal, héél uitgebreid ontbijt, mooie kamer, geen opmerkingen die negatief zijn, ook onze Bongo bon werd correct afgehandeld, bedankt , tot nog eens.
