除了價格貴了點，其他都還好吧。停車收費，22歐一天，地下車庫不太好找，根據標識牌需要花點時間。酒店在大學城，環境不錯，周圍吃飯也有不少選擇。

Concerns: Complaint for unacceptable standards for a Hotel of the reputation known to Martin’s Louvain la Neuve On 4th Dec 2024, I wrote to Martin’s CEO without any response or comment/attempt to repair neither from Hotel in Louvain La Neuve or Martin’s Group Head Quarters Management As you can read from the associated images, I forward you my unanswered email of 4th Dec 2024 to the Martins Hotel LLN. To say I am deeply disappointed by your managent team of your reputable Hotel in LLN is an understatement who never bothered to even respond to my email of 4th Dec 2024. Complain namely: 1.) Bed sheets dirty when opening bed. When we complained the hotel staff made us understand that they was displeased that we complained at all! 2.) Floor dirty in bathroom entrance. 3.) Toilet bowl with encrusted dirty and feces. The failure of response adds to the preceding unacceptable conditions we stated in the Martin’s Hotel in LLN.

Fantastic hotel with excellent, friendly staff on reception.
Rooms are new and modern with an exceptionally comfortable bed.
Air conditioning a 7/10. Better than many European hotels but although it shows capable of being set at 16 C it can’t do it, will go no cooler than 19 C only.
As others have mentioned on their reviews the hotel car park is exceptionally difficult to find. I think future guests would benefit from a detailed guide on here how to find the car park (Martin’s Agora, although Grand Place is also nearby and cheaper).
The road system in this city is underground so Waze etc isn’t fully functional, which doesn’t help either. The road system doesn’t help at all with finding the hotel & whoever designed it should never design another road again!
However overall because the hotel is exceptional and now I know how to get to the car park, I’ll definitely stay here again if I’m in the area.

Hotel molto comodo per assistere ad una cerimonia di laurea a Louvain. Il Teatro dell’Università e’ esattamente di fronte all’Hotel. A circa 40 minuti dall’aeroporto di Bruxelles. Camere spaziose e pulite. Personale molto cortese. Servizio bar perfetto.
