Ingrid, la propriétaire nous a réservé un superbe accueil. Elle nous a offert un verre puis nous a accordé du temps pour nous expliquer où se promener où aller manger où se garer... Ensuite nous nous sommes installés dans la roulotte (une 1ère fois pour nous). Vraiment très bien aménagé avec un bain à remous vue sur la nature. Le petit déjeuner est une tuerie et servi à table ! Tout est fait maison: pâté, saumon fumé, porc cuit à basse température, pain, confiture, jus d orange, jambon blanc, jambon fumé, fromages... Le cadre est tellement paisible, c'est un ravissement de loger dans cet endroit. Très bien placé, à 20 minutes de Bruges et 20 minutes d Ostende. N'hésitez pas à réserver, c'est une valeur sûre !

Das ‚de Stokerij‘ ist eine besondere Perle! Hier dreht sich Alles um das Wohl des Gastes! Angefangen vom Frühstück, wo es wirklich an Nichts fehlt! Alles regional und teilweise eigene Herstellung. Der frische Lachs, der Schinken und die Käseauswahl…alles wird am Tisch frisch aufgeschnitten und mit herrlich selbstgebackenen Brotsorten serviert. Gebäck, frischer Saft und nicht zu vergessen die besten Marmeladen die ich je gegessen habe runden das Frühstück ab. Das Abendessen unvergleichlich toll! Ein Aperitif mit kleinen Leckereien im Garten vorab und dann kann das 3-Gänge Menue starten. Tolle Fischvorspeisen und köstliche Hauptmenue lassen soooo gut munden, bevor das leckere Dessert das Essen abschliesst. Die Chefin kocht hier gemeinsam mit dem Chef selber und ich muss sagen, das machen sie perfekt! Dabei noch immer ein nettes Plaudern mit den Gästen! Kompliment! Die Atmosphäre ist super nett, entspannt und familiär! Ziemlich einzigartig und auf jeden Fall einen Besuch mit Übernachtung wert….nein nicht wert…..ein Muss! Danke für 3 wunderschöne Tage!

We had our honeymoon there. The hotel is a lovely farm house. The breakfast was outstanding! The room was clean and super cozy. We‘ve had our own whirlpool. The private sauna can also be recommend.
