For my taste, and the time we stayed, the rooms had too low a temperature. And despite my attempts to get some hot air out, I couldn't. A little noisy at night as the train tracks are at the back of the hotel

前台服務小哥非常友好，對中文很喜歡！

酒店房間非常不錯，寬大明亮。距離奧維耶多市中心非常近，旁邊就是城市汽車站。酒店前台服務熱情，床品舒適。

Firstly the reception staff were extremely friendly and helpful! And that isn't the case in all hotels! We felt very welcome. We were even offered a kettle and hot drinks making stuff - without us having to ask! We were given good advice about where to eat in town. The underground carpark is easily accessed and easy to negotiate, once we knew where we were going! Lift access directly into the hotel. Our room was clean and very spacious. Plenty of storage space and everything that should be in a hotel room was there. Breakfast was very adequate, although I didn't sample the cooked food. The waiting staff were polite and very helpful. Access to the city was easy, and although I think we would be challenged to be able to walk to the cathedral in 10 minutes (as advertised somewhere!). Allow at least 15 minutes, plus a couple of hours "shopping time" on the way! The old parts of the city are interesting with little squares and occasional markets to be explored. What else is there to say? Very good value for money!

Surpass expectations of detail front desk customer satisfaction service. Our experience was A/C not cooling room. The front desk asked the maintenance specialist to check the room temperature, we asked for a fan they gave us a standing fan. The dinning room staff surpassed expectations, for a large group as we were 25 it was a buffet style, fresh foods, labeled. I recommend this hotel 100%

The hotel is dirty and loud, nothing like the pictures, it surprise me the quality if the reviews here. The carpet is dated with holes and dirty, the beds are old and falling apart and with bugs. It is located between the train station anthe bus station, next to a highway, the air conditioning is off for the bedrooms so you need to open the window and listen the traffic all night, they tell you in the front desk that you need to open the windows because the weather is nice! It is a terrible hotel.

Perfect base for exploring this beautiful city, located a stone’s throw from the railway station and overlooking the bus station. We were in room 614 and couldn’t hear a thing from the road below. The room was large and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was excellent, especially the spicy apple cake. Friendly and helpful receptionists. We’d be happy to come here again.

Ho pernottato in questo Hotel perché era uno dei tanti inclusi nel tour Arte e Natura Nord della Spagna, che ho fatto l'ultima settimana di luglio 24. Il peggiore degli hotel del tour. La sera a cena abbiamo trovato il tavolo invaso dalle formiche. Cena pessima. Pulizia stanze appena accettabile. Anche la colazione lasciava a desiderare, la frutta era marcia. Eppure Oviedo si vanta d'essere una delle città più pulite d'Europa. Unica nota stonata in una città ed in un tour meraviglioso!

Hotel correcto y cómodo para conocer la ciudad de Oviedo a pie. Excelente localización y acceso fácil con coche. No se trata de un hotel moderno pero tampoco anticuado. Los muebles de mi habitación eran cómodos y estaban en buen estado aunque convendría que pintasen de nuevo algunas paredes. Las plazas de garaje eran lo suficientemente grandes aunque maniobrar dentro era difícil por lo estrecho de algunos pasos y porque solamente había un sentido dentro (se entraba y salía por el mismo sitio). El desayuno era abundante y en general bueno, especialmente los dulces. Quizás convendría que cocinasen las salchichas y el revuelto de otra manera para que tuvieran más sabor. Precio correcto para las fechas de mi viaje (puente de agosto) y empleados atentos y serviciales.

Magnifico Hotel muy centrado y a continuación de las estaciones de tren y autobuses, cruzando la calle comienzas en las calles peatonales que te llevan al centro, en el Hotel el personal de recepción a la hora que sea es superior una atención magnifica, las habitaciones de una superficie exepcional y los aseos completisimos, no use la cafeteria cruzando la calle tienes tres la mejor la del centro

Hotel muy bien situado, céntrico, junto a la estación de trenes y de autobuses. Las habitaciones son espaciosas , las camas cómodas y el personal de recepción y limpieza muy atentos y profesionales. Fuimos un grupo de 32 personas que estuvimos 4 noches alojados en el hotel. Solo dos cosas , ambas relacionadas con el restaurante del hotel habría que puntuarlas como negativas. Por una parte el primer día comimos en el hotel. Mala experiencia. Equivocaron los platos del menu que previamente habíamos convenido y ya no pudo solucionarse. La comida estuvo muy floja. Por otra parte en el desayuno. El desayuno es buffet y está muy bien. El problema es que la sala no es muy grande y uno de los días la sala estaba bastante llena y el personal que atiende el desayuno nos presionó con no muy buenas maneras para que termináramos rápido y desalojáramos la sala. Nunca me había pasado esto en ningún hotel. La dirección del hotel se disculpó con nosotros. Es de agradecer.

Mi experiencia fue negativa porque me dijeran que no tenían disponibilidad de camas matrimoniales y al ser un viaje de aniversario me decepcionó. En el restaurante tampoco cuentan con disponibilidad para atender a la cantidad de gente que hospedan y están apurando a los que están comiendo para que salgan. En síntesis, la comida y el servicio no son buenos y por ende como cliente no quedé satisfecha. La ubicación y la limpieza, están bien.

Es un hotel estupendo, estuve cinco noches alojada y todo fue perfecto. 📍 La ubicación está muy bien y bastante céntrica, hasta el casco viejo caminando hay apenas diez minutos y además está junto a la estación de tren y autobuses y a la zona de vinos de Oviedo. 🛏️ La habitación era muy amplia, bien equipada, mobiliario muy cómodo, limpia,... Calefacción y A/C regulable.🛁 Baño limpio u bien equipado. 🥗 Cené en el hotel y la comida está muy buena, tienen un buen restaurante con variedad de menú bien cocinado. 🥐 El desayuno tipo buffet es súper completo, el comedor es pequeño y en horas puntas a veces hay que esperar. Tiene de todo, dulce, salado, embutido, mermeladas, frutas, yogures... 🤵🏻‍♂️🤵🏻‍♀️ Personal muy amable en todo el hotel, me atendieron muy bien tanto en recepción como en el restaurante.
