We absolutely enjoyed our 3 days 2 nights stay at the graduate hotel at Oxford. We booked 2 King room bedrooms for me&my husband & my son for 2 nights. I am a little worry about 24m2 size of the bedroom might be too small for us but upon arrival and check-in, the room is just nice, very cozy and warm and very Brtish atmosphere. The arrival hall is really pleasant, they have a small cozy bar for good whisky cider and some snacks. My husband & I enjoyed our drinks at the bar, we tried their British draught cider. For the breakfast, they reserve at very beautifully designed Alica restaurant just next to the reception. Very decent English buffet. Not too crowded and very enjoyable morning breakfast. The bed, pillow blankets are super comfortable and we had uninterrupted sleep throughout the night. The room temperature is just nice we set at 19-22 degrees. The bathroom is not spacious but just nice for 1 person. However the bathroom floor is alittle cold as the hotel did not provide slipper. The amenities are decent shampoo/bath gel/conditioner big bottle sizes with small soap though we prefer hand gel and hand lotion as it is cold weather. The room has a spacious corner for closet and luggage, that is very good for my husband and I. However there's only 1 chair for reading and the light/lamp are a little dim maybe we can call it cozy [ Brtish style ]. Pros- Fabulous location to all tourist attractions [ 5 - 10 mins walk ] Pros- Fabulous hotel with good hardware & software Pros- Restaurants & bar that open late and offer food and drinks late till 10pm Pros- Daily Housekeeping is very good Pros- Hotel offers on-site car parking service by the conceige at £48/per night , we paid £96 for 2 nights car parking, same price as London Cheval Pros- They only charge £1 for security deposit that's very unusual but we total appreciate it. 100% Happy & Satisfied with the stay

I recently had the pleasure of staying at The Randolph Hotel by Graduate Hotels in Oxford, and it was an experience that exceeded all expectations. From the moment I stepped through the doors, the grandeur and elegance of the hotel were immediately apparent. The staff welcomed me with genuine warmth and professionalism, making me feel right at home. The room I stayed in was beautifully appointed, blending classic charm with modern amenities seamlessly. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. Each morning, the breakfast served was nothing short of delightful, offering a wide selection of fresh and delicious options to start the day right. What truly sets The Randolph apart is its unbeatable location. Situated in the heart of Oxford, it's a stone's throw away from the city's historic colleges, cozy cafes, and vibrant shopping areas. After a day of exploring, the hotel's spa was the perfect place to unwind and rejuvenate. I cannot recommend The Randolph Hotel enough to anyone visiting Oxford. Whether for its impeccable service, luxurious comfort, or prime location, this hotel is a gem that truly embodies the spirit of this historic city.

The hotel is very convenient for transportation and is close to Oxford Bus Station! Food, accommodation and transportation are very convenient. I will choose to stay again! The decoration of the hotel is full of childlike innocence, and it is simple and simple, which makes people very happy.

The hotel is in a good location, with complete supporting facilities. The hotel's own restaurant is also very nice. Opposite is a historic museum, and there is a bus stop just outside. It takes three minutes to walk to the bus stop to the airport. The hotel's interior decoration is OK, and the service staff are also very enthusiastic. It is worth going to experience it.

Except for no air conditioning, everything is OK. Checked in at 7:30, didn't cover the quilt all night, a bit stuffy

The hotel is in a great location, with the museum across the street and convenient for travel. The room is quite spacious and the furnishings are very nice. There is also a page in the room instructions that marks the location of each attraction. We took the Oxford postcard away as a souvenir! Highly recommended!

The hotel is decorated in a very British style, which I like very much. The windows are basically closed and it is very quiet. It is located in the city center and is very convenient to various attractions. The bus stop is just downstairs and there are many restaurants nearby. It only takes 10 minutes to walk to Oxford Railway Station. You can store your luggage. It is the most satisfactory place for me to stay during my trip to Oxford.

The hotel is in a very good location! The room is also very nice and the breakfast is also very rich. The only problem is that the bath towels in the bathroom were found to be dirty once. The hotel provides bicycles for free and helps to adjust the seats, which is very convenient for traveling in Oxford.

The room was clean and tidy, the equipment was new, and there was even a Wilde on the bedside. It was very close to the main attractions. The only drawback was that the hotel room route was a bit complicated, up and down, and if it wasn't for the uncle carrying the suitcase, I would have almost lost the way

The room was very noisy. A tenant drank half of the drinking water in the refrigerator and it was still in the refrigerator. There were beams on the bed, making all kinds of noises when walking. The floor was not flat. In the double bed room, there were two small beds put together, and the sleeping place was also sunken. It was a very bad experience. However, the attitude of the staff was good. It's just that the house is very old.
