3-Star Hotels in Oxford

The hotel is located in a convenient location where we can easily commute around the city centre and the Bicester village. Sadia was really nice and helpful. She greeted us with a warm welcome. Rooms were quite small but they are clean and tidy. Overall, it was a great time staying at the hotel.

Brilliant location very close to town, this was booked for my guys. Breakfast has a wide selection friendly staff. The bar is 24 hours. This time I selected standard family room which was 1 double bed and a sofa bed more than suitable. Free parking. I would definitely recommend the best western at Oxford.

Really lovely hotel! All staff were friendly and very helpful, our room was very clean when we arrived and we were really happy with the size and the decor! We loved the rooms being named after each Oxford college, really nice touch! Cleaners the next morning did a great job, but one downside, they didn’t take the towels when it is stated to leave them on floor if we want them washed, they were just left there. They also didn’t refill the toilet roll, we had to get this ourselves but the manager did apologise. There was a little cupboard outside reception with the essentials if you run out while reception was closed, which was great! Breakfast was okay, continental was probably better than the cooked as it’s just kept in warming pots which dried the food out a bit. We had to ask for more hash browns to which they did but had to cook them which took 15 minutes so we had to wait for them, so they didn’t really keep an eye on what was running out which let’s them down as they also run out of orange juice on both days and we had to request them. As a bit of a bookworm myself, a lovely touch was there’s books around the hotel for you to read, you can even take them home if you wish! Only a 5 minute drive or a 20 minute walk into town so very handy! Overall we really enjoyed our stay, thank you!

I really like travelodge, would come here over and over again. Clean Lilly white towels. My room was warm enough and not too cold. They had turned on the heater before I've arrived. Customer service was great too. Only wish they had a fridge and microwave in the room, besides that everything is perfect.

A little odd layout. Three buildings which led to us walking quite a way to our room But the room was clean and tidy and comfortable. The receptionist was charming

We've just returned after a two-night stay at the Sportsview Guest House. We weren't sure quite what to expect given it was competitively priced, close to Oxford City Centre and offered free parking. Some of the booking partners don't make it clear that parking is on a first-come first-served basis but the information you receive after booking is comprehensive and makes that clear. We arrived late on a Wednesday and there were plenty of spaces for the duration of our stay. Check-in was a breeze and the staff helpful. We had an en-suite room and other than perhaps some minor updates everything of importance was perfect. It was clean throughout, the bed was comfy, the shower worked well and it was quiet. It was an ideal base for which to explore the area. Location couldn't have been much better, a 5 min walk to Folly Bridge where we'd booked a self-drive boat with Salter's Steamers (recommended). Then another 5 mins or so and you're in the heart of Oxford. Oxford is a beautiful and interesting city and we'd certainly recommend a visit and also this guest house.

This hotel is in a great location, close to the train and bus stations. The check-in people were very friendly and let us leave our suitcases when we arrived before check-in time. They gave us a helpful detailed map of the major sights to see. When we returned to check in, they had already put our suitcases in our room upstairs. Our room was quiet and clean and came with a fan. The staff also let us store a sandwich in their refrigerator. Overall, a great stay for a reasonable price. I would definitely stay there again.

The location of the hotel is excellent, just on Gaoye Street. It is very convenient for shopping, shopping and eating. It is only a 5-minute walk from the bus station. The interior of the hotel is relatively clean. It is very suitable for traveling and staying.

Small room although it was quiet. Blind was faulty, we had to use a coat and scarf to block out the light. The house is close to town, probably around 5/10 minutes walk but it’s on a busy main road. The en-suite was modern and clean but the room requires a new wardrobe and lacks the finishing touches. There is a car park at the rear which was ok for us but I would imagine it gets a struggle in busier times. I wouldn’t stay there again as we prefer a bit more up market.

Very clean and warm. Our room was at the back of the house and it was very quiet there. Bed comfortable and we slept well. The shower clean and functional. Botley House close to the railway station and the city centre, there are many buses should you not wish to walk in. Value for money
