JR小山駅からすぐの立地で、近くにコンビニやディスカウントストアもあり便利。 部屋は古く狭いが、ドライヤーを置いたり、エアコンは比較的新しいものに更新されていたり快適に過ごせるように努めている印象はあった。立地の割に価格がリーズナブルでありがたい。泊まるだけなら十分なビジネスホテル。
