Wir waren in diesem Jahr das zweite mal hier und haben uns wieder fantastisch gefühlt. Eine Freundlichkeit, Herzlichkeit und Professionalität strahlt einem förmlich entgegen, Für die kleinen Aufmerksamkeiten kümmert sich Frau Köse persönlich, perfekt !!! Ob Servicepersonal, Reinigungskräfte oder die Gärtner, alle sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit (falls nötig) Im Mai 2025 sind wir wieder da !!!

We stayed in the hotel for a week. The hotel is beyond expectations in terms of food, but unfortunately the only positive point is the food. The rooms are so dirty that I didn't want to use the toilet. It has not happened. The hotel does not have any entertainment programs. I did not see the animation group at all. Only once to sell bingo tickets. None of the passengers were welcomed. I have experienced many hotels in Kuşadası, but none of them were so boring. I did not have a good time, for example, the hotel. Palm Wings efesus, every night an African, Brazilian, etc. group was performing a lot of games and entertainment among the passengers, but it was boring and boring from morning to night at Sanis Hotel. The pool was very dirty and we did not sleep in the hotel for two nights because the people in the next room were drunk and shouted until 4 in the morning and the reception did nothing. The manager of the hotel was very kind and compassionate and did her best to solve our problems. I thank him very much

Karaoke hat mir besonderes gut gefallen und das Essen war auch richtig gut Getränke haben uns geschmeckt. SPA Bereich ist groß und sauber, Schwimmbad (drin) ist warm genug für Oktober. Ich würde das Hotel auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen.

es war ganz cool es gab viele aktivitäten und das essen schmeckte sehr aber die toiletten rachen sehr nach kanalisation und ich habe mir mit viele ausgetauscht und die sagten das sie dasselbe problem haben was wirklich schade ist. trotzdem finde ich es ein gutes hotel🔥🔥🔥🔥

Im WC stank es nach Kanalisation aber sonst war alles super würde es immer wieder empfehlen. Das essen hier war sehr lecker und in diesem Hotel konnte ich gemütliche schlafen. Das Klima war am Anfang bei uns kaputt aber am nächsten Tag hat es wieder funktioniert.

Es war alles sehr gut auch die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und Atea war sehr Respektvoll mit uns.! Ausser die Zimmerräumung hat mir nicht gefallen.aber im ganzen bin ich sehr sehr zufrieden mit das ganze Team also würde ich es jedem empfehlen.

Mir hat es persönlich sehr gefallen, auch die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und auch sehr Respektvoll gegenüber uns.! Die Mitarbeiter haben auch ab und zu spässchen mit uns gemacht was wir alles mit Humor genommen haben! Ich würde euch den Hotel nur weiter empfehlen.!
