A bliss full stay at this best resort of ITC group. The hotel is well maintaibed and its charm with local hertiga is quite visible . Food and service was top notch. Long spread of buffet and choice of meals was commendable. The team at the reception is adding charm to this hotel and its service. The smiling faces at the desk are always willing to serve you. "I had a wonderful stay at Pine N Peak in Pahalgam. The entire experience was incredible, with beautiful surroundings and comfortable accommodations. We had an amazing stay at pinenpeak. The location is amazing.the view from my room is unforgettable. The behavior of staff was absolutely bliss.one must stay in this property and experience the wounders of pahalgam. Not only this The fresh air and the surroundings is soothing i will never forget this and will come again!

A serene and beautiful property, with a class service, lives upto ITC reputation. Rooms are very comfortable and spacious with good view. We had a pleasant stay with a wonderful experience from reception, housekeeping and restraunt staff.

Pine and peak was an amazing stay, hospitality is top notch, rooms are spacious and with good facilities. The staff was so good, they offered us complimentary apple juice on our arrival, which was outstanding, after our dinner, we asked for phirni for dessert and the server presented it to us as complimentary dish from the chef! Besides that, the phirni was amazing, even the warm sevaiya kheer was awesome, and paratha was great too! More over the staff is so warm, we really felt so welcomed into Kashmir

Excellent staff, services, facilities and food. Was particularly impressed by their hospitality. The hotel grounds are very nicely landscaped and maintained. Hotel has a scenic overlook of the city and Jhelum river. I don’t remember all the names of the helpful staff, but Shoyab and Yousef (driver) were extremely helpful and cordial. Shoyab planned our day sightseeing activities and arranged for transportation. He made sure we had a five star experience. Yousef, the hotel driver, was an excellent guide and driver on our way to the hotel. Could not have had a more kind and professional driver. Will definitely stay here again when I come back next.

The property is on a lovely location. Beautiful and Serene. The hotel staff is very very helpful and super friendly. Special mention of Mr.Rashid & Mr.Lateef who took extra care of us in the entire stay. Other member staff were also superb when you are taking or meals or any other things. The General Manager is quite hospitable himself which makes the guests feel at home.
