Booked a double room with balcony but told that they do not have the room i booked. instead hotel gave a double room (much smaller) and of different value. if so, the booking platform should not have such options. told by hotel to cancel but already prepay online and not able to cancel.

Very tough beds and old towels. The rest of the room working properly. I think you can find a better place for the same price if you look around.

The B&B is located opposite Wat Luang Buddhist Temple and very close to the night market, which is very convenient. The bathroom is small, there is no shampoo or shower gel, only small soap. The sound insulation is not good. The person next door talked on the phone for 2 hours in the middle of the night. It was so noisy that I couldn't sleep. It is recommended to bring earplugs. The B&B staff are friendly and polite.

The location is good. The price didn't change much even during peak season. I recommend the balcony rooms on the second floor, 401 and 402, over the cheapest room. I'm getting happier and happier.
