But the bedroom has no heating, nor can it provide a small heater. It can only be heated by the air conditioner in the living room, but the heating can be blown to the bedroom and it will feel cool. Surrounding environment: There are beaches to go outside. It may be less in the suburbs and less car, so it is more comfortable and comfortable. There are supermarkets nearby, but there are fewer restaurants. I like the location and Bay of Island is beautiful. Admiral's View Lodge is clean, quiet and offers self driving traveller's everything what one needs. Paihia's small community is nice, friendly and one can feel safe. I lost my mobile phone while I went out for dinner and found it in the next morning thanks to the lost and found board in the community.

The room is very large, the bed is very comfortable, the balcony is facing the sea, the waiter's attitude is really good.

The most cost-effective stay in New Zealand! ! ! Two 1.5-meter large beds, very comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped so you can cook your own food. Perfect. The disadvantage is that the sheets are clean, but the bedding is dirty. Their sheets only help to separate you from the bedding, but they don't fit in. If you don’t call house keeping, there will be no house keeping. If you need house keeping during your stay, remember to tell the front desk every morning ~

The location is great, a few minutes walk to beach front and maim centre for food. Amenities include cutlery, fridge, microwave, kettle etc. Only thing is there is no air-conditioner but fans were provided but luckily it wasn't too hot when we were there but in peak summer, no a/c would have been bad.

This hotel is very good. We booked a room on the second floor. There is a separate room upstairs with a balcony and a good view. It is not far from the pier and the sea. There are many small shops in the town, which are worth recommending.

Paihia is so big, there is no geographical place to say, live in the circle of the beach, whatever is the same. There is a swimming pool in the hotel, but it is not possible to use it in winter. The room booked by Ctrip was on the first floor, and the light was completely blocked by the pool. It is really uncomfortable to turn on the lights during the day. The room is quite big, and the two-bedroom apartment has a separate bathroom in each room, which is quite convenient. There is a western restaurant on the doorstep of the hotel, and things are delicious.

Fantastic location, walking distance to the town centre and Wharf . Room clean and spacious , we stayed for 4 nights and our rooms were cleaned and amenities replenished every day . Will definitely come again !
