The facilities are old and there is no elevator. It is very troublesome to carry luggage up and down. There is no hot water in the room, the toilet does not work properly, the front desk does not speak English, and there are very serious safety hazards. The room and surroundings were OK, but the front desk were unfriendly. The food was ok, and the restaurant staff were helpful.

The first impression was that the private road to the hotel is very poorly maintained and looked bad. There were almost no customers in the hotel. It has no elevators. To go trom the lobby to the rooms in the main building one must descend a staircase. I find the hotel not elderly friendly. The swimming pool and well maintained garden are nice. The beds are only suitable for (Thai) people that are used to sleep on a floor, very hard. I could barely sleep. For me a 2 star hotel with a reasonable bed is better than this hotel.

This place has an amazing pool and views of the mountains. However, the place is almost like a ghost town, just like it’s services. There was only one other room being rented out other than the two we rented. Perhaps due to the lack of tourism due to COVID. FD staff who checked us in was lack luster, but the staff that helped us with our luggage was excellent and the breakfast staff was excellent as well. The hotel itself is very outdated (many repairs needed as well) and only one room we rented out had working hot water… but if you don’t mind all the above, I still recommend this place for it’s pool, views, and price.
