Great location…room with a view of the theater, quiet and a bit anonymous…..cleanliness and bathroom definitely need improvement. Shower full of mold and rust on the door…terrible. Sad breakfast, even sadder breakfast room…..non-existent morning staff

A good accommodation near the Teatro Massimo. Nice area. Large and clean room, with a nice balcony! Excellent double glazing. Suggestions: reduce the fragrances for the room and on the blankets (too strong to the smell) and find a solution for the light that enters both from the windows (despite the blinds) and from the entrance door to the room (perhaps unsuitable ... it seems like a normal interior door of an apartment). The hallway light is always on. However, I recommend it.

We booked the night before for the next day, it is located right in the center of Palermo, in front of the Teatro Massimo. Excellent welcome, excellent location and excellent position. Very helpful staff. Highly recommended!!!!!!’nn

Nice property in a great location in the middle of what's happening. Shopping and food a very short walk from the door. This also means noise coming through the window from all the people outside but, that comes with the convenience.

Enviable location, comfort, cleanliness and kindness. I can only say good things about it, even the very well-stocked breakfast for a b&b, almost like a hotel. Highly recommended especially for availability!

Excellent structure, huge rooms, some overlooking the piazza del teatro massimo. The rooms are soundproofed with double windows so no noise is heard. Attention to detail, for example the shower with chromatic lights and various water jets. For those who need there is a guarded parking lot near the structure. All this at the beginning of the beautiful pedestrian street. Kindness and courtesy ....

Fantastic location in the middle of Palermo! Parking is possible (with reservation via Maqueda) around the corner at a 24h guarded parking lot. We had a nice spacious corner room with two balconies (room 5), good air conditioning and a view of the opera house. Many bars and restaurants in this lively area. We received a glass of wine on arrival and a sweet breakfast with coffee in the room. In short: highly recommended!

The accommodation was absolutely fantastic, the rooms are more than comfortable and spacious , great breakfast and an amazing view over the Massimo Theatre. The people in charge are very friendly, always helping you and asking for feed-backs. I definitely would stay again there if it will be to go back. Congrats!
