Suite in Center

Mi hanno rovinato il soggiorno a Palermo, Ci fidevamo conoscendo il proprietario,ma le cose mancavano e lui diceva che nn ci poteva fare nulla,ecco la sua risposta! Ogni volta che uscivamo mancavano delle cose ,tipo caricabatterie e altro. Attenzionavamo la cosa ma nn si è risolto nulla Camera sporca . esperienza terribile! Mai più!!!

Excellent ... but ..... a small note to not lose the value that the owner deserves The structure is located in the center of Palermo, the owner is a helpful, kind person, gives you advice etc .... nothing to complain about ... only many compliments. But the staff needs to be re-evaluated, we put the beach mattress on the terrace to dry it together with the umbrella (obviously closed), the following day there was no trace of anything. So after various options I decided to go to the sheet storage room and I found it hidden in a corner and there was no trace of the umbrella. On the day of departure I went to the girl telling her that I had allowed myself to enter the closet to look for my mattress etc .... she replied that she knew nothing about either one or the other, in reality her face was not very convincing given that access to the balcony was allowed only to them through two ways: 1 the key to the room 2 the balcony shared with the closet where they stopped to smoke. I feel sorry for the owner who is a person worthy, but nobody believed the girl. Oh! I forgot, we had no intention of taking the umbrella home, we would have left it there anyway, but things went badly for her with the mattress
