This hotel is located in a courtyard that is connected to a vibrant area in the city . The room was very spacious and clean. Staff was low-key but very receptive. I was dumb enough to lock the safe while the door was open and they sent someone immediately to reset it. Breakfast was a nice variety of pastries, fruit, yogurt, etc. They have a nice back patio for breakfast and dinner, and there was live music one night and a soccer game another night. Cleaning staff were very polite and friendly. I’d recommend that you hit the streets for lunch and dinner, as the opportunities are endless. Highly recommended!

Absolute perfection. I can't find another way to describe how Massimo and Fabio took care of me and my wife in our stay in Palermo for my birthday. This B&B is in a magnificent location in Palermo city center, very close to all the main attractions, transport stations and bars and restaurants on foot. It is located inside an old building but the B&B is completely new and refurbished in one of the floors. Our room was great, very comfortable and clean, and so was the bathroom. Breakfast was a real treat, with toast, cold meats, cheese, eggs, fresh fruits, p (including Sicilian cactus figs), pastries, cereal, juice and great tasting Italian coffee. But the very best of our stay was our hosts, Massimo and Fabio who really know how to make their guests at home. Nothing is too much for them, they will recommend you nice places to visits, as well as restaurants, help with transport, etc. We hope that we can come back some day. One extra tip, the Ponticello restaurant down the corner is great and so is another place called Il Bisso, not too far from the B&B either. Fabio e Massimo, Grazie Mille!

The hotel is not far from the train station, only a ten-minute walk. The most lively street is at the door, and the main attractions can be reached on foot. The hotel is in an old building, and there is only a small sign at the door, so you have to look for it carefully. The hotel is not on duty 24 hours a day, so please contact us via email in advance. But the hotel is large inside, clean and tidy, the room is relatively spacious, the facilities are complete, and the breakfast is also good.

Location Walking distance from Palermo train station. It easy to find the hotel by using Google maps. Check in We contact the owner of the hotel before leaving England through WhatsApp. At the arrival he makes you feel comfortable by giving you a traditional Palermo drink. Rosario is helpful gives a lots of useful tips( how to get around Palermo). He explains you how to function the air-conditioning and how to lock the B&b main door. Bedroom We stayed in room 3. It is spacious with a good size shower room. Everyday, he ask us what we need ( fresh towels). We have a fridge. Air-conditioning is working exceptionally well. Communal area It consists a lounge. We can use a kettle to make coffee and tea. Rosario provides complimentary fresh fruits, biscuits and teabags. The terrace gives an amazing a view over the market and there are few tables and chairs available. This is my favourite part of my holiday. Noise Because it is next to a busy market. The noise level is quite high with lots of loud music ( starting from the morning). Although I still manage to relax. I just use a pair of ear plugs to stop the noise. Overall If you like you to experience Palermo old town without spending a fortune. This is a place for you!

I stayed for 4 nights during a work trip and appreciated the large, clean and simply furnished room. The bed was comfortable and the air conditioning was relatively quiet. Breakfast was adequate and the staff were friendly. The location was also convenient and close to the Palermo Palazzo Reale-Orleans station for the airport train. Downsides: yes the shower cubicle was tiny, but that was a minor inconvenience; my room overlooked the central courtyard and, despite the double glazing, for several nights I was woken or kept awake by young people chatting over beers in the courtyard until 1am. Ask for an outside room if you are a light sleeper.

The hotel has an excellent location, adjacent to the famous Sijiaochang, in the most prosperous street in the city center, close to the railway station, airport buses, and main attractions. Within 15 minutes’ walk, the breakfast is rich, the service is very good, and the hotel has a courtyard. The room we stayed in, the bathroom is also big, it is the best choice for traveling to Palermo
