So my day started off bad I could not find my newly purchased Rayban sunglasses. I tried my luck with the front desk . Travis is here from West V what an asset he is to any company , he found them off property and could have said no but he was completely honest and returned them . Wow I’m amazed thanks for being a good human .

I'm a Bonvoy Gold member, so I say in many Marriott hotels. The Courtyards are definitely not my favorite, but this one had the right location. On the good side, check-in was easy, the hall carpets are clean and good looking, my room was clean and quiet, and I had a good night's sleep. On the bad side, there is no microwave in the room. There is one located by the front desk in the little out cove where you can purchase meals, but you would have to do all your food heating there. What about if you brought in food from the outside? What a hassle that would be. Why can't there be a microwave in each room? My room had absolutely no decorative items such as pictures, wall hangings, or anything else on the walls. The walls were clean and nicely painted, but you got the feeling you were in some hostel. Of course, there isn't any safe in the room. That seems to be a common Courtyard ”attribute”. The shower was another problem. The shower has two wire racks right in the corner next to the shower head. My wife was washing her hair and cut her arm on the top wire soap rack. I'll show a picture of the rack. The shower has body wash, conditioner and shampoo containers, but who can read which is which when your glasses are removed, and your face is wet? Why can't there be a big ”B”, ”C”, and ”S” in large, white lettering? Would I stay here again? Yes, but only because of the convenient location.

We just returned from a lovely month at Hampton Inn WPB Central. At check in we were warmly greeted and recognized as Diamond Hilton members by Dejon and Jean. Throughout our stay they were both warm, welcoming and helpful. Also greeting us upon arrival was the Sales Manager Joanne Schroeder, happy to see we arrived safely and making sure that check in went smoothly and that we were happy with our accommodations. Our suite was large, very clean, bright and well furnished. The refrigerator could have been a little larger with a more adequate freezer section, but we managed nicely with what we had. Elande of housekeeping was wonderful and did a great job cleaning our room. Breakfast was more than adequate with many choices. A suggestion might be to serve a variety of yogurt flavors instead of one flavor that has to be hand spooned out of a large bowl. Also, decaf coffee would be a nice addition to the regular coffee left for guests in the lobby throughout the day. It is only there during breakfast. The kitchen staff, Kari, Maria and Clifford, all did a marvelous job replenishing items as well as keeping the dining and kitchen areas clean. The hotel is constantly being cleaned and updated. We did not use the pool although it was lovely. Unfortunately, the noise from the nearby road was not conducive to rest and relaxation. On the plus side, the Hampton Inn is connected by a very short path to a Hilton Garden Inn and we were welcome to use the pool there which was very nice and quiet. The gym is excellent with new and updated equipment. We would like to thank all staff members in every capacity for their kindness to us. They are all professional and an asset to Hilton hotels. If it were possible, I would give this hotel 10 stars and highly recommend it for a short vacation or an extended stay. We are looking forward to returning next year to experience Hampton Inn hospitality once again.

We stayed here for more than two weeks as our home was under renovation. Our double Queen bed room was most comfortable and quite spacious. The beds provided just the right amount of firmnesses as I have a bad back and cannot sleep on soft beds. The bathroom was a good size and very bright. Shower pressure was excellent. There was plenty of storage areas in our room which was great for our long term stay. The hotel location is great - across the street from countless restaurants and within a two minute drive of many more. The hotel grounds are kept immaculate and the pool area is lush and most inviting. As long term guests we were grateful to have a laundry room located on premises. The included breakfast was terrific and included several varieties of eggs, biscuits and gravy, a waffle maker, breakfast meats, yogurts, cold cereals, hot oatmeal, bagels, breads, muffins, fresh fruits, coffee/tea/hot cocoa and a variety of juices. Staff continuously replenished items throughout breakfast hours. During our stay we noticed how spotless the staff kept the common areas of the hotel. Housekeeping (once every four days unless otherwise requested) was wonderful and assisted us with any requests such as extra soap, moisturizer, towels, etc. Our interactions with ALL members of the staff were exceedingly pleasant as everyone was very friendly and took the time to chat with us. We truly were made to feel at home throughout our stay.

When I came to the class, because I lived for more than the preferential price given to the class, I decided to stay in Ctrip for one night. It seems that it is not expensive. The room is super large, it is a suite, there is a refrigerator microwave, sofa. The front is the swimming pool and the rear window is the parking lot. The scenery is beautiful. Definitely suitable for vacation and leisure. I want to rent a car, because it is surrounded by hotels and roads, so I stayed at the hotel to prepare the course. Everywhere is the elderly to come on holiday, the fish restaurant TARCO in the hotel restaurant is very delicious, I can't finish the hot microwave oven in the evening. It is also very quiet around, in short, it is a good place to rest. However, the hotel did not have a shuttle service to Fort Lauderdale Airport and had to take a taxi. When I came, I was about $58, and I had to add a tip.

AAshleigh LynneWe had a lovely stay at Canopy hotel. The room was great. A very comfortable bed, spacious, clean and a great bathroom. We made good use of the room and found things to be great. The Tv worked well. Although I did find the smaller details missing such as the smaller bathroom toiletries (earbuds etc) and a kettle to make tea. The pool, gym, restaurant and rooftop bar was fantastic. Highly recommend this hotel.

WWendy PWe checked into our ocean view room yesterday in the Dolphin building. The view is beautiful. However, the cleanliness of our room does not meet my standards. There were hairs in the shower and soap scum on the shower doors. The floors were not cleaned sufficiently. There was garbage around the pool area. I didn’t see any hotel Staff walking around checking the conditions. We ate a couple of basic snacks at the pool bar. They were terrible. Last year, we stayed at a Marriott in Aruba. That was a wonderful experience. After 2 days, I am confident in saying that this will be my last stay at a Marriott timeshare unless I am in Aruba.

GGuest UserWe chose to stay at this Best Western because it was pet friendly. The hotel requires that you specifically book their ”pet friendly” room when making your reservation. I will say that the room was clean and the interior courtyard with the pool looked inviting. The room itself was dumpy and in need of renovation. It was a sufficient place to sleep, but did not make you want to spend any additional time in the room. The inside of the bathroom door had chipped paint and the floor was not carpeted (I am guessing because it was the ”dog friendly room”.) The dog walk area was conveniently located just outside the first floor room, but was strewn with food debris, chicken bones etc., making it necessary to take great care that our dog did not eat any of the food garbage when we walked him. I can't speak as to the condition of their ”regular” rooms, but with the $25 per night pet fee, our total bill including taxes and fees for a two night stay came to $514 and it definitely was not worth it. I would have expected to spend less than half of that amount for a room in this condition.

GGuest UserI took my 25 year old daughter and her boyfriend fir a trip after her graduation! We met my friends who live near the Tideline. I absolutely loved the beach and staying right on the beach. It was breathtaking!!! The service was incredible! I really loved Dean, CJ, and Devon. Everyone was wonderful!!! I would definitely go back again. A week was not long enough for this beach bunny. It is perfect for adults, couples and families. Not a ton for little kids, but there were some. The restaurant was incredible! Thank you. Tracey Couturier!! From Buffalo, New York

SSarah TI was looking for a hotel along I-95 for a good price and location. This was it. Set back a block from the main street and I-95, it was a tad hard to find but tucked away in a nice compound with very little street noise. The room was nice, clean and comfortable. The receptionist said it was remodeled two years ago and it is in great shape. Pool is nice, plenty of parking and the outside areas were in good shape and clean (no trash, etc.). No breakfast but free coffee in the lobby. I would stay there again. Within a few hundred feet is a small grocery store, a liquor store, a gas station and McDonalds! A winning combo.

GGuest UserWhere to begin? I was passing through and made a reservation for one night. I checked in late at night and there were guests with small children just hanging out outside their room. I found this odd because it was nearly midnight. I checked in and their were also several guests kind of roaming around the place. As I walked to my room I noticed that the common areas of the hotel were dirty and looked fairly run down. I could hear plenty of guests were still active inside their rooms also. Opened my room and it smelled like stale cigarette smoke. Flipped on the room lights and bathroom lights and saw a roach climbing up the wall. Everything in the room needed renovation. Looked old and well used. The bed was not comfortable and very firm. I would not stay there again.

Jjohn as I said earlier in my other review they are continental breakfast dining room is closed down and has been closed down for the past 30 days the pool is closed down for the last 30 days as per the health department the only food on-site is what you can buy downstairs in the office area or what you order out to eat other than that it's a nice hotel but people here are very friendly and passionate about the people saying and I work right down the street and I've been getting some fantastic deals on this website
