"When I came to the class, because I lived for more than the preferential price given to the class, I decided to stay in Ctrip for one night. It seems that it is not expensive. The room is super large, it is a suite, there is a refrigerator microwave, sofa. The front is the swimming pool and the rear window is the parking lot. The scenery is beautiful. Definitely suitable for vacation and leisure. I want to rent a car, because it is surrounded by hotels and roads, so I stayed at the hotel to prepare the course. Everywhere is the elderly to come on holiday, the fish restaurant TARCO in the hotel restaurant is very delicious, I can't finish the hot microwave oven in the evening. It is also very quiet around, in short, it is a good place to rest. However, the hotel did not have a shuttle service to Fort Lauderdale Airport and had to take a taxi. When I came, I was about $58, and I had to add a tip."

"The hotel is located at the 95th in Miami and was ideal for staying. The room was spacious. Unfortunately, the whole air conditioning technique was a little disturbing before the room. For us it was ok because we have no easy sleep.
Beds were good, everything was clean. We didn't have breakfast."

GGuest UserThe bar areas were very small. The bartender at the outdoor tiki bar was extremely loud and vulgar, possibly drunk himself.
Talked to concierge twice, and the two men working there were so confused and unable to assist in a confident and knowledgeable manner to the very simple questions asked.
Very little staff assisting in serving guests.
The restaurant in the hotel was good but not great, but the prices were outrageous compared to the quality of the food. And the wait staff was very lacking and not enjoyable.
And for the amount of money you pay for a room, not having breakfast included is absurd.
Ordered room service dining and someone brought it up the two meals with their hands rather than on a dining cart and had to fish out utensils and condiments from their pockets. I find this to be unprofessional for this level of quality and service.
While overall it was a nice resort, I’m not sure the price tag matches the quality this resort claims to advertise.

AAshleigh LynneWe had a lovely stay at Canopy hotel. The room was great. A very comfortable bed, spacious, clean and a great bathroom. We made good use of the room and found things to be great. The Tv worked well. Although I did find the smaller details missing such as the smaller bathroom toiletries (earbuds etc) and a kettle to make tea. The pool, gym, restaurant and rooftop bar was fantastic. Highly recommend this hotel.

MMohammad AlshattiFirstly, I have booked two bedrooms oceanfront with two King beds. Unfortunately, the hotel manager said that this type of room is not available right now. Then I mentioned that it is available at Marriott website for today. She answered that it not actually available. I had to accept a two bedroom with one oceanfront view.
Secondly, the hotel water at the bathrooms and the kitchen was not clear. It was light yellow like rusty.

LLinlinThe hotel lobby is not on the first floor, so we drove directly to the parking lot on the first floor. A little brother greeted us. The hotel is very clean. There is a battery car to take you to the beach. If you want, you can prepare a little tip. The sand on the beach is very fine, the white sand is beautiful, there are many western restaurants near the beach, you can walk back to the hotel, and the sanitation is very good.

GGuest UserBloodstain on cover. Disgusting. Bathroom could have been cleaner, toilet seat was disguising, not clean enough,water marks and dirt on counter and around shower. I had to go buy cleaning supplies to use bathroom. I arrived late to hotel, so I had to find a store that had supplies to clean. Pool was nice, location was everything and hotel not that bad just need better cleaning details . I would book again just want to make the blood stain be known.

GGuest UserWhere to begin? I was passing through and made a reservation for one night. I checked in late at night and there were guests with small children just hanging out outside their room. I found this odd because it was nearly midnight. I checked in and their were also several guests kind of roaming around the place. As I walked to my room I noticed that the common areas of the hotel were dirty and looked fairly run down. I could hear plenty of guests were still active inside their rooms also. Opened my room and it smelled like stale cigarette smoke. Flipped on the room lights and bathroom lights and saw a roach climbing up the wall. Everything in the room needed renovation. Looked old and well used. The bed was not comfortable and very firm. I would not stay there again.
