The Reef House Adults Retreat

Our third visit to this refined and beautiful Oasis. We were so excited to have returned to this wonderful location. As in previous visits the staff were exemplary, from reception to dining and housekeeping. Congratulations for keeping the standards so high.So sad to leave however we will return hopefully each year to celebrate our Wedding Anniversary. Thankyou

We returned to the Reef House for 5 nights and once again it was amazing. The staff led by Cedrick are very friendly professional and accommodating. Our room with an ocean view and spa with oil burner with essential oils was spotless and very comfortable. They really know how to pamper you at the Reef House. Complimentary caps, still and sparkling water throughout your stay, cold towels at the pool, sorbet at 3pm and canapés and cocktails at 5pm at the brigadier bar. The free classes and talks are great. Sleep, meditation, culture and reef talks, yoga on the beach, stretch and breath, aqua aerobics plus wine appreciation and a cocktail class. Thanks Paolo. My husband loved going for walks along the beach which was directly across the road. The pool areas and two pools are very appealing. In the 30 degree mineral pool I would walk up and down as my exercise as the max depth is 1.5m. I also enjoyed reading by the pool in such a serene environment. The restaurant is outstanding for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Thanks Chef It truely is an experience staying at the Reef House, it really is like being on a cruise ship that doesn’t leave port.

We had an excellent stay at the reef house. The service was great and we received so many complimentary inclusions, it really made us feel like it was money well spent. In particular the daily canapés and punch, cocktail making and delicious seafood platter were excellent and all included

Perfect resort for adults. Very well appointed rooms, with all facilities nearby and well equipped bedroom and bathroom. Two lovely swimming pools, in-house spas, an honesty bar (where guests can select any drink and write whatever is taken on a "chitty" for later payment). Absolutely wonderful restaurant with the kindest, most courteous and attentive team of wait staff. My wife and I will stay only at The Reef House on all future visits to Palm Cove (we generally go once a year for around 2 weeks).

My husband and I had the most wonderful experience at Reef House. I was reluctant to go on the holiday as I had back problem but we decided to go as it was all planned. The mineral bath, comfortable bed, sleep lecture and general atmosphere created an environment of relaxation and healing. There was nothing we could fault in our stay _-- staff, food, all the little extras - can recommend this hotel without reservation.

Fabulous is the only word to describe the Reef House. Perfectly appointed, amazing staff, stunning surrounds, and brilliant food. They are so accommodating and the staff clearly love their jobs. This was our second visit and we look forward to many more!

What an amazing hotel and retreat! We had just eloped, And were clever enough to send the kids home with their grandparents and went on to enjoy three nights at the Reef House. We were met by wonderful staff and almost too many activities to choose from. A lazy day by the pool is a must and Palm Cove is Picture perfect.

This was our third stay at the Reef House and again it exceeded our expectations. A stay at the Reef House leaves you feeling relaxed, rejuvenated and reconnected. We have previously stayed in a Verandah King room (beautiful) but stayed in the Brigadier King overlooking the ocean this time. It was a little smaller but afternoons spent on the hanging double love swing gazing at the ocean sipping champagne were perfect! As always the staff go above and beyond and always provide great recommendations - a visit to Miguel's is a must. I'm sure we will be back.

The Reef House was just a fantastic experience from start to finish, the customer service from pre to post our stay is second to none. The location is excellent & the complementary cycle hire is an added bonus. Fully recommend particularly if you would like an Adult Only holiday
